Convenience, ease of use, intuitive and integration
Reporting, I would have liked to see more intuitive reports on vendors. I have asked for specific reporting and been given the report in a moment in time, but would like ability to get valuable reporting at any time. Example top 100 vendors by dollar value not by number of invoices.

Prior to Yooz, management was manually signing invoices proir to entering into our accounting system. This took a substantial amount of time away from managers running programs. Yooz has allowed us to seamlessly process accounts payable and ensure we have a correct audit trail for our invoicing approvals. It is easy to onboard and train new users - the program is very well designed and ensures ease of use for both approvers and invoice processers.
Not only has Yooz simplified our processes, their customer support has been incredible right from the onboarding process - we are provided many conveinent ways to contact support in the event we need it.
Export errors - I do wish it was easier to read the errors report to quickly identify the issue with the export. The export errors do not occur because of a Yooz issue - it is always a user issue related to information not tying with the accounting system. It is definitely user error but it would be nice to have the error report indicate the exact problem.
1. TIME- Yooz dramatically reduced the amount of time managers spend approving invoices
2. ACCURACY - Yooz allows our managers to see where invoices are being allocated and ensures correct project is being charged
3. CONFIDENCE IN OUR RECORDS - Yooz automatically imports all of our invoices that are sent to our accounts payable email. We are no longer missing invoices and allows us to have confidence in the accuracy of our accounts payable
I love the fact that we get to see what is still in out cue for review. I also like that we get to track what others are doing and be able to nudge them along the review process. This systems certainly allows us to process invoices in a more timely and efficient manner.
We have only been using Yooz for about 4 months and at this time, there isnt anythign that I dislike about Yooz. I wish that it would take the Doucment Number over to QBO and print out on our checks. Currently its not doing that but that is minor.

Everyone that needs to see an invoice before payment is made has access to the invoice. Invoices can be researched by team members outside of our Accounting System. We are catching duplicate entries at the data entry point instead of after duplicate payment is made to vendor.

Yooz reads your document and prefills the fields pretty accurately and quickly. It also remembers the type of document and will create your line item at the bottom. It is also super helpful that you can select numbers and words on the invoice that will copy into the fields on the side.
Can be some errors when reading the invoice so you are required to check over the information before you approve it. But that doesn't always happen and it doesn't take long to fix.
