"Yocale: My best managing experience for my spa business"

What do you like best about yocale?

As a small retail business owner, I was looking for a seamless payment processing solution. After researching options, I decided to implement Yocale Pay. So far, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The setup process was quick and straightforward. I was up and running with Yocale Pay in no time.

Yocale Pay's transaction fees are very competitive. The monthly savings compared to my previous processor are noticeable.

Customer service has been extremely responsive. Questions I've had were answered promptly by knowledgeable representatives.

Deposits hit my account fast, usually within 24 hours. This improved cash flow is invaluable to a small business like mine.

What do you dislike about yocale?

The mobile app is functional but lacks some user-friendly features I'd like to see improved. I've been using Yocale for more than a year. To be honest, I faced a couple of minor glitches like an appointment disappearing from the calendar.

But that doesn't irritate me. I faced many moooore bugs on other platforms. The point is I can do everything there, and also that those few bugs on Yocale were fixed by its support team very quickly.

What problems is yocale solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a small Medspa owner, Yocale is a tool that helps me streamline operations and make running my business easier. One of my friends recommended it about a year ago, and since then, I was really relieved to manage appointment scheduling, calendars, and also payments.

I love its calendar feature. It gives me a great overview of my schedule and so I can easily see when I have availability and block off time for appointments. People can easily book appointments, anytime they want, through my website or Google. I really advice you not to miss this lifesaver platform :)

Yocale is more than just a scheduling software

I saved so much time and money and didn't have to switch btw apps anymore.

The customer service is great, and the response time to messages is usually within the hour, no matter what time of day you mesage them. I have used other platforms but Yocale is definatly my favorite and what i use to run my automotive detailing business

What do you like best about yocale?

There are a lot of things I like about Yocale, but one of the best things is that it makes it very easy to manage appointments. With just a few clicks, I can create and edit appointments, view my calendar, and set up reminders. This is a huge time-saver for me, and it helps me keep on top of my schedule. I would definitely recommend Yocale to anyone who is looking for a scheduling app that is easy to use and has a lot of great features.

What do you dislike about yocale?

I didn't dislike anything about Yocale, but I would say that it's not the cheapest scheduling app out there. If you're looking for a free option, there are other apps that might be better suited for you. However, if you're willing to pay a few dollars per month, I think Yocale is definitely worth It
