The best part about using yesware is that it sits perfectly on top of my Gmail suite. It makes it easier for me to track my emails and it also scans for viruses when I try to upload any files

the UI can be better. I mean seriously, tools like mailchimp have a much better UI but in terms of functionality, Yesware works the best.

It helps me find out when and where my prospect opened the email and how many times he did the same. Also points out if the device is a phone or a desktop

Honestly, just the fact that it works and does what it says it does.

On occasion it will mark the location of an opened email erroneously, don't know if there's a fix for that or if we're at the mercy of servers not passing the feedback signal through to the actual user destination

Yesware's campaign tool is extensive and works well to build out campaigns with multiple steps and different kinds of touches. I also greatly enjoy the ability to organize and share campaigns by teams.

I wish that Yesware could connect directly with LinkedIn and Google Voice to send those touches automatically.

Yesware is a great way to create campaigns with multiple steps and have email steps automatically send while reminding you about other touches (Linkedin, SMS, ect.).

It is a very effective tool to use for email marketing campaigns. You can create any size campaign you want, and have it launch over any timeframe you choose. It is one of the most user friendly, marketing tools we have found

Every now and then you need to refresh the widgit in Outlook to have visibility into your campaign through Outlook. It may be a bug with Outlook, or a glitch with Yesware.

Considering many of us cannot afford 15$ per month Pro Yesware plan, they have added a nice free forever plan. This free plan allows email tracking details for emails sent less than 24 hours ago (limit of 40 events should be okay for a beginner in marketing).

We need to respect other people's privacy. Yesware can be more vocal in demonstrating how gmail users can disable gmail tracking feature. Although we as a marketer might want to have gmail tracking feature enabled (it is enabled by default), in the interest of fair business policy, why not also highlight in marketing materials how gmail tracking feature can be disabled.

Although Yesware also offers Meeting Scheduler, I use Yesware primarily for email tracking.
