YellowTaxi is quick to respond when I need them. Pretty good about being on time. Has excellent customer service! I've been thrilled so far with the services I have received.

I don't have much to say about disliking YellowTaxi. Depends on the cab. Some could be more clean. I would love a snack basket with waters, etc. A fancy cab would be so cool!

I'm not solving any problems with YellowTaxi at the moment. Nore have I ever had an issue with YellowTaxi.

With yelow taxi , I have a very grateful experience the service they provide us is very outstanding and the driver are always on time and they are always on time and trouble free.

Its just a little bit expensive then other taxi services. Sometimes the user interface is not working properly. They need to improve some more opation to add and make him more easy.

It is very helpful to use to traveling safely and its very easy to use as well so I highly recommend any one to use.

Yelowtaxi has been used by many people, writing review is the best thing we do in life. The driver's, the cabs are very safe to ride and we have the most trusted drivers in the whole world.

There are some reasons that the app doesn't work sometimes, but the interface doesn't work sometimes. There should be some more options to make some changes with tracking, allowing notification.

No problems we just make sure that the reviews are good and the people who are reusing services and making new logins with them. The people who are facing problems will give us reviews so that we can make sure that get resolved

One day I booked a cab, and I already paid from my wallet suddenly, my booking was cancel automatically, but I have not got my money back in my wallet. Then I contact the customer service center; they sort out my problem.

I like that it is reliant and you know that if you schedule something, you usually do get it. It's on time and trouble-free

It's definitely way more expensive than the other services so it depends how much you really need that service at the time.

Getting from place to place without driving myself / lugging my car with me. Easy pick up and drop off.

They offer prices cheaper than Lyft and Uber

Charges are hard to dispute because their customer support dealing with disputes is very poor.
