It times out every 5 minutes even if your using it.

Can perform end to end process of residential and commercial accounting and manage tenants' data all on one platform.

It isn't as user friendly as Entrata or OneSite. I don't like that when a resident transfers from one unit to another one, it creates a second account.

It's a great way to transition from hardcopy files to digital files.

I like how easily Yardi integrates with other software. You can add or omit pieces you may or may not use.

Sometimes it does not update in real-time unless you have CRM added.

I prefer voyager to most PM software.

Yardi provides easy move-in and accounting functions.

Easy to creat Purchase orders and keep a track of cost .

You cannot change an amount in the purchase order and have to create a change order

Mostly of anything related to property management - one-stop shop. Helps to stay organized.

User friendly, easy to manage. Great for payables and recieveables. Easy to upload required documents, forms and screening is great and fast.

none. I havent really had any major issues with Yardi. If we do customer service or IT is on it very quickly.

I enjoy how user-friendly the platform is, and even if you've never used it before it's very easy to figure out all of the processes required to do your job. It makes managing hundreds of residents, work orders, etc. so simple and straightforward.

The platform appearance is slightly outdated looking but that's not necessarily a negative impact on the effectiveness of the product. That's just a personal aesthetic thing for me.

I highly recommend using this platform for your property management business!

It solves problems every day by giving us all of the tools we need to do our job in the face of whatever comes out way. The benefits I have recently realized are all of the other reports that I have been able to pull that I never knew about before.

I have found Yardi reporting to be the most user friendly.

If your organization has not purchased all functions, some reports are not as easy to pull as others.
