It is user friendly once you learn how to navigate through the menus. The live chat is extremely useful, the customer support team is awesome.
I wish it had a few more features. Automation would be amazing.
When we first started, it was mostly used for maintenance requests and that alone saved us from the microsoft excel nightmre we had before!
I find it very useful to havecustom data with each tenant file, as this allows me to keep track of all items replaced in a unit by date. I find it easy to navigate through tenant files, apply payments and keep track of tenant payments and billing.
Sometimes there can be a delay with the software loading time.
Yardi Breeze gives me transparancy with my tenants and work collegues, as ot logs and tracks all tenant payments, and inventory used efficiently.
Yardi Breeze incorporates much of the robust functionality of Voyager in a more streamlined package, ideal for smaller CRE owners, operators, and managers. Implementation is a "breeze," as is user administration. I also like the customer support model, including video library.
I have found nothing to dislike about the program thus far.

Rent Cafe needs changed so that tenants can contact someone other than PM, since there isn't much we can do. We have to contact Yardi - seems like they should have to contact someone directly at Yardi to fix an issue.

Electronic Leases can be a challange, but customer service is always there to help.
They have solved prospect tracking & lease conversion which was a big void in previous programs.

I moved from another platform and it was easy to implement and for me to use on a daily basis. Customer support are rock stars. They are able to help out in most situations over chat and if they can't figure it out right away with you they research it and get back to you via email.
