Yaposdy is 501C3 friendly and provides organizations that host lots of different events a single consistent platform to sell tickets.
Nothing. We have not run into any issues or tried to accomplish something we were not able to.
We are mainly selling tickets for general admission fundraisers or for raffles. Tapping into the digital world of ticket sales, for even a small organization like ours, has allowed us to sell more which obviously means we are bringing in more.
Yapsody has a strong back-end user interface that was highly customizable to our specific needs.
Honestly, yapsody ticketing was overall very pleasant and easy to work with.

We needed a flexible, fast, low-cost ticketing solution.
It has a very beautiful user interface that is easy to navigate and create events. It provides a custom Yapsody domain that creates authenticity as we mainly organize organizational events. We are able to put and customize event map to guide participants with ease. It is very easy to create ticket types for the event for flexibility in pricing and they contain all descriptions on site. Great enough it allows many payment options for tickets making us reach out to many people without the need to meet everyone. It also has several options to discount the tickets like promo codes and URL redirection.
For the years we have been using Yapsody we haven't encountered any major problems except that we experience downtimes sometimes though not frequent.
Event management and ticket selling has never been easy without Yapsody. It simplifies all funds collections and associated accounting. Payments are easily made and it suits all kinds of events including seat booking.

Since we started using Yapsody we save a lot on paperwork and we reach a great number of people thereby attracting more people to our events. Reserving seats is even very simple and people are able to buy different kinds of tickets with their descriptions on website.

Yapsody combines the best of two worlds very well: Price and Functionality. Not only can sell tickets the way that I want them, the pricing is the best on the market. What other companies sell as add-ons or enterprise-only features are standard with Yapsody. This tells me that Yapsody puts their customers first.
Many of the features we were looking for, like customized tickets and reserved seating, came at highly marked-up costs. We also couldn't get any recognition as a nonprofit.
Selling tickets was easy and checking them in at the event was quick and simple. We have received many comments from our guests that they really enjoyed our events and that the whole process was very professional. This was due in large part to Yapsody.
On several occasions, we approached Yapsody's customer support for help in how to accomplish a particular vision using Yapsody. Every time we spoke with someone, we were provided with quick and valuable responses. While we weren't able to do everything we wanted, when something was available, we were given very clear guidance on how to do it.
We were limited on being able to have "add-ons" to tickets. We wanted to allow our event-goers to add a donation to their ticket purchase, but this was not directly available. We had to create a workaround with a non-reserved seat that could be added to the shopping cart.
Everyone at Yapsody is just top notch. Don't hesitate to contact them for questions. You will get a quick response and will be treated with the utmost respect.
We held a couple of movie fundraisers per year and needed a way to allow people to purchase tickets and have assigned seats. Most ticketing sites will charge a premium for reserved seating, but this is standard with Yapsody. This has helped us reduce the cost of putting on our event. They also provide us with a non-profit discount, further reducing the cost of being able to put on an event.
It is very easy to set up and easy to use and it's free of charge for general admission events we make a dollar and a half per ticket profit as a convenience fee and still are much lower than all of the competitors
The most difficult problem is there is no telephone support everything is email or chat over the internet that's what we dislike the most but it's well worth it compared to the fees that other companies charge
It's wonderful software our only drawback is that it doesn't have a map where the people go to for the show
Yapsody puts us right up to date with all the latest venues and Technology plus we're making money with the platform
