It can feel a little overwhelming at first, but once you dig into it, you'll come to appreciate the amount of control you have. It's simple and intuitive for linguists to use while giving them a lot of adjustment options as well.
The available customisation options can feel overwhelming at first and the system takes some studying to get the most out of it. However, I would much rather have the options available than to simplify the system and lose control.
XTM Cloud allows us to concentrate the vast majority of our translation tasks in one place so the linguists don't need to learn to navigate multiple different systems. It offers us the possibility to use machine translation to help us out, and it creates translation memories of everything we translate, so we're both faster and more consistent. We use it mainly internally, but we've also added some external freelancers to the system so we can translate texts without needing to give externals access to our internal systems.
