When ever I worte our Query relates to an Voucher/GC To:- cs AT xoxoday DOT com I am Sure half of my Query has got resolved..! And my reward finally received, thanks xoxoday.

That Much of Bonding we had since then

Xoxoday is still a go!
They're actively responding to my concern but the possible resolutions they suggested weren't of help. Glad that I was still able to work on the issue and the transaction with them went successful and smooth.

Xoxoday gave me an invalid code
Xoxoday gave me an invalid code. The manager of the bakeshop said it is a used code. I did not have any problems with Xoxoday when they partnered with Giftaway Ph last year. But they changed partners and switched to Gifted Ph and now I am encountering problems with redeeming my reward from ipsos isay. I already emailed Xoxoday's customer service but my isssue has not yet been resolved. I am so disappointed.

Useless customer service and process…
Useless customer service and process even if the response time for the useless responses are good. Redeemed 180 SGD to get a voucher for my local supermarket. I first got 20 vouchers (of 3 SGD) with long unique codes. I asked to get the the remaining amount as 2 vouchers, but after being ignored, I got 40 vouchers more. Now I have 60 vouchers with long unique codes and I can cash one at a time. Xoxoday are not willing to change it. Xoxoday recipe for making money: Make the customer journey sufficiently painful that the customer (victim) loses patience and the amount can be cashed by the company.

AVOID AT ALL COST!! If I could give 0 star, I would. If you receive gift cards from work, even from other brands (Tremendous or anything) make sure their 3rd party provider is NOT Xoxoday.

I received a voucher from my employer. They sent me a code, tried to redeem it, got the notice that the code is not registered/invalid. Emailed them, with clear subject of the issue, all screenshots and detailed and they got back to me with a "What is the issue?" Cant y'all read? Strike 1.

Then, I described the issue again, more detailed this time. I told them how the code they provided didn't work, that I need to recheck the code again. They came back to me with an instruction on how to redeem the code. Hey, how would I know the code doesn't work if I had not tried redeeming it? It's as simple as that. Common sense should get these people to that conclusion. But no. Strike 2.

Some days passed, they sent me a new code, finally (why was that not possible to begin with? idk but I had a feeling this code would be problematic too). And surprise, surprise. The code is also not redeemable and not valid because it had been fully used. BY WHOM? By Xoxoday, who apparently recycles codes. Using codes they provided for others before and give it to other people. For what purpose? Strike 3.

How many more strikes should they receive in order to get this issue fixed? Trust me guys, not worth it. So, again. Avoid. At. All. Cost. Share this trustpilot page with your HR and your digital incentives and rewards vendor. Xoxoday should not be trusted. Trust me, even their CS is not something you'd even want to talk to about this.

So yeah, I will make "getting people to avoid this company" my cause now. Because really, you should get and feel good things when you receive gift cards, not a migraine and the constant urge to break something.

Extremely Disappointing Service - Never Received My Coupon

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Xoxoday.com. I was supposed to receive a €55 H&M coupon as part of a promotion, and despite waiting for more than 4-5 days, the coupon never arrived. Due to their delay, I missed a valuable discount at my local H&M store, which has since expired.

I reached out to customer support several times, but the lack of response or resolution was unacceptable. As a student representative of IU International University of Applied Sciences, I expected timely service and communication, especially from a company collaborating with our institution.

Unfortunately, they have proven to be unreliable and unprofessional. Not only did I miss the opportunity to use the coupon, but the overall handling of the situation was extremely disappointing.

If you're looking for a company that values its customers, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere. I would caution anyone from purchasing or collaborating with Xoxoday.com based on this terrible experience.

Delayed Delivery
I ordered a prepaid $100 card on Friday courtesy of my rewards from a survey, and was to be delivered on Saturday. Tomorrow is a Monday and I haven't been able to get the card. I have tried to email them but they are telling me to wait. I am guessing they are a fraud or something

Customer effort high - No CRM follow up.
Your "successful and will be delivered soon" order could stay in Pending mode in Xoxoday's CRM system for ages, until you as a customer, decide to shake them and request why after several weeks you still have not received your products.
