Xobin has recently launched AI-powered language assessment that leverages the skill evaluation. AI-powered assessment analyses the candidates interpersonal skills, behavioral skills and communication skills.

We used this AI-powered test for both tech and nontech positions. This purely help in assessing the english communication of the candidate, fluency, accent detection and more precised evaluation. Xobin has best support and a large number of features.

AI always has some limitation. we can;t completely trust AI, a human feel is missing for evaluating and making a better decision.

Xobin is advanced tool for our hiring requirement. Xobin helped us with their AI-powered test where we used their subjective questions and video questions, candidate responses were automaticaly evaluated and results were quite helpful.

Xobin is one stop solution for our campus hiring requirement. Xobin is useful in following ways -

1. we get the interested candidate application using their tool xoform with all the required data.

2. Xoform allows filteration and sorting to find the best suitable candidates using their resume parsing and other AI features

3. Shortlisted candidates invited to aptitude+coding test in one click.

4. data-driven test reports for all the candidates in one page and downloadable to excel sheet.

5. again filtering and shortlisting features to screen candidates based on coding score etc.

6. Invite top 10-20% candidates for the interview on the Xobin interviews and hire the best candidates.

Nothing so far, we really loved the platform, time saving and efficient tool.

We are primarily using this tool for end-to-end campus recruitment. We don;t need any excel sheet or any other tool for that. Xobin is very efficient and time saving tool for campus hiring.

Xobin is really a time saving, cost saving and efficient software for tech hiring and psychometric evaluation of internal employees.

Their customer support helped us in screning candidates using their coding test and make our job easier. We also used their psychometric traits to analyse the candidate with traits like fire in the belly, ethics, time commitment, extraversion,Humility, leadership ability etc. They got a bunch of traits.

We would expect more detailed report for psychometric traits that can help us in making a better decision from the reports.

We used for 2 things - lateral technical hiring for front end and backend developers role. Psychometric tests for behavioral evaluation among new joiness and internal employees.

Xobin is an amazing platform for conducting onlines test for any technical screening and skill assessment. They got some really nice customer support, who help you make the best use of it, right from creating relevant test, conducting test simultaneously for hundreds of candidates, getting detailed reports which help us in finding the top candidates for interview.

Nothing as such so far, not used much of their other tools and features but a lot can be improved on the coding challenges.

Xobin is benefiting us with online assessment for technical screening, and helping us save our time and money with selecting top candidates for interviews process.

We use this tool for hiring SAP developers for multiple modules like ABAP, MM, HANA, PP etc. Xobin customer support sarthak helped us creating test for these requirement which helped us screening 100s of candidates and save our time.

Nice user experience and interface, quality of assessments, seamless test experience

We couldn't find conding challenges for other skills like SAP, AWS etc. Simple plane MCQ test cannot be helpful everytime. very easy to cheat in mcq test.

We use for hiring in SAP roles, Xobin assessment helped us in screening top candidates and rejecting unfit candidates, saved our time.

I liked following things about Xobin:

1. Ability to seamless conduct assessment for up to thousands of candidates simultaneously.

2. Glitch free platform, and amazing candidate test taking experience result in 95% completion rate

3. Quality and quantity of questions for all skill sets. We randomized a pool of questions from thousand number of questions so each candidate was getting a different paper.

4. Fantastic customer support, really appreciate sarthak and team.

Everything was good except a few integration with other ATS were missing.

We used for hiring interns in our team where we received huge number of applications, it benefit us in selecting good candidates.

We liked Xobin for their portfolio of assessment for any requirement. We used their, aptitude test, coding test, psychometric test, video assessment etc. We also use their online assessment for internal coaching programs, screening candidates etc. I also liked their combination of coding, aptitude and psychometric traits in a single assessment. which help us evaluating candidates on multiple parameters

Nothing as such but would be expecting more integration with other ATS platform

We used Xobin for conducting every online assessment in our company. Right from screening candiatdes, their onboarding, then internal coaching test, psychometric test etc.

Automated interview is the feature I like the most about xobin as it generate AI based questions and the level of the question is to good.

Secondly their support team is helpful available when needed.

The Xo-form feature is also great and i haved used it internally in my company for employee survey.

In live interviews the option is only for google calendar there should be more options like MS-teams

It's time saving and helps in fasting the hiring process.

Xobin's Xoform is helping us managing our careers page by posting multiple job opening where we can build customized job form which can include any kind of question type right from video, audio, snapshot, upload file,star rating, yes'no, drop-down, multi-answer etc. This help us create a job page and fill all necessary details. Easy to use tool for filtering applications and best customer support.

resume parsing is missing from the platform which could be a huge ad-on

I liked the variety of domains I found in aptitude like logical reasoning, verbal ability with audio and video questions to check the communication and numerical ability. This covers the entire aptitude questions with a library of more than 25,000 questions just for aptitude domain. It's a very easy to use platform and privided best customer support in creating best suitable tests

AI for assessing the competancy of the candidate is missing so far.

We use for screening candidates for all hiring positions as a preliminary aptitude test. This help us in getting better candidates and reject unfit candidates.
