What do you like best about XgenPlus?
I like the internalization for different email and communication providers, add IMAP connection to synchronize.
What do you dislike about XgenPlus?
Poor SMS service for communication with new customers.
What problems is XgenPlus solving and how is that benefiting you?
Group mail for user lists and send mass emails to different users from different regions.

If maintained well and with any additional it could be one of the best
What do you like best about XgenPlus?
As a marketing agency person we keep checking new ways to reach many customers and new technologies for available clients. Instant messaging and video calling are added features when compared with other hosting providers. Can work with any language.
What do you dislike about XgenPlus?
It's still upcoming though. People need to recognize it and support needs to be improved. A wring password for login takes 2days to reset it. Could make it faster.
What problems is XgenPlus solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is still in testing stage. But one platform for all the marketing needs help all the agencies to drive better and faster approach for more clients. Prices are moderate but for first few years or for some packages if there are any lower prices it works better. It's easy to understand and integrate everything.
