Xembly makes time management actionable. With a quick command, I can set time blocks for tasks or focus work, or schedule meetings, turning to-dos and intentions into scheduled action. This ensures I consistently meet both tasks and synchronous commitments.

Less a drawback, more an opportunity: Customizable settings for particular workflows and types. Fro example, task-block configurations would elevate the tool for those of us who utilize a "time block" approach in how we work. The ability to create multiple time blocks for a single task entry will be great (currently, each time block corresponds to an individual task list item even if those time blocks are for the same "task" ). This feature is in development, but when available, it will enhance workflow optimization.

Xembly eradicates the scheduling headache by autonomously setting appointments based on specified timing criteria, like 'ASAP' or 'next week.' Xembly even manages rescheduling based on collective input from attendees. This frees my time and energy for focus on high-impact tasks. Additionally, Xembly ensures that nothing slips through the cracks by consistently slotting block time for specific tasks into my schedule until marked complete.

Xembly has streamlined my workflow significantly with the calendar and slack applications. It is a seamless process to set up and manage my time and tasks!

I wish for reoccuring meetings that the completed/uncompleted tasks would automatically be applied to the following meeting agenda.

My tasks are now effortlessly added, time blocked off, and reminders sent. This saves me time and sets me to better manage my time and tasks.

Xembly has saved me a lot of time scheduling meetings and made the process much easier for me and my team. After meetings happen Xembly produces a realy solid summary and captures all of the action items. We can focus my time on the meeting itself and not writing down action items!

As a new platform there are some hiccups from time to time and a few features that haven't been fully released yet (like the ability to add to a meeting you don't own) but the updates so far have been great.

I save time scheduling meetings. When I'm in meetings I no longer have to listen intently for action items, I can focus on managing the meeting itself. Sharing meeting summaries, notes, and actions is very simply and save us a lot of time.

Ability to save time during meetings and focus more on the discussion at hand. Xembly makes it easy to summarize meetings in a concise way, while also having enough detail/accuracy to help attendees quickly understand the takeaways from the meeting.

Can be buggy at times with owner assignments.
