I really appreciate several aspects of XaitPorter, but if I had to choose one feature that stands out as the best, it would be the software's collaborative document management capabilities. The ability for multiple users to work on a document simultaneously in real-time is truly remarkable. It eliminates the need for constant back-and-forth communication, ensures everyone is working on the latest version of the document, and significantly reduces the time spent on coordination and version control issues.

While XaitPorter is an exceptional collaborative document management software, there are a few aspects that I find slightly lacking or could be improved upon.

Great tool that allows for several users to work on and edit large documents simultaneously. It hadles large pictures and formats pages without the users having to think about the layout. It also has easy access management, allowing for different roles and group settings. The customer support is great too.

There could be more default layout templates to choose from.

I enjoy the intuitive user interface and the consistency in both structure and stylistic aspects of the documents created in Xait. Features like assigning responsible writers and deadlines for the specific tasks make the process of collaborative writing easy.

I am still exploring the full scope of the software's functionality. So far, all my needs have been met.

Collaborative work on bids, proposals and technical reports, where multiple experts are responsible for their respective parts within one document.

Common issues like duplicate work and continuous updates from different contributors that are hard to merge and get approved by all within a tight timeline get solved by Xait.

The easiness on setting up tenders, creating the table of contents especially using images and being able to cross reference different sections also which saves time as it means you can use all ready written sections instead of starting from scratch. Compiling the finished submission is also really easy as it PDF's your submission too.

Once you create a project it doesnt go into order so when you're trying to find it this makes it difficult. Maybe if the projects were in date or alphabetical order?

It is no doubt a great invention. However, inserting new attachments and pictures found to be a bit difficult. One of the drawbacks is that the final document is in PDF form that creates inconvenience while saving. Otherwise I just love to use this marvelous tool.
