"Simple and effective"

What do you like best about Wufoo?

I like that I can create customizable forms within minutes, it's easy to use and can integrate it with anything I want. I love it.

What do you dislike about Wufoo?

I haven't found anything I don't like this far. I

It allows me to create forms and deliver them to where I want. It allows me to contact and gather info about applicants and clients and contact them later on. We are a transcription company and having this information is crucial to do our business.

What do you like best about Wufoo?

I love how easy it is to plug questions into the forms. It's been easy to get clients to fill them out because Wufoo is so user-friendly.

What do you dislike about Wufoo?

I am not sure what I would change about Wufoo. I've been very happy using Wufoo.

What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Wufoo form for client check-in and since switching my clients have been so much better at completing weekly check-ins which have led to better results.

It works the way you'd want without having to go through a painful learning curve

Minor item: you can use the app for free, but you can't redirect to a custom URL at the end of the survey without a paid account. Very affordable though

What do you like best about Wufoo?

I like it because it is very easy to use to make a form, You can change the theme if you want, There are many features. Anyone without software knowledge can usee it. Ready-made software.

What do you dislike about Wufoo?

Not colorful. I would like to make the application form colorful. If you can add colors to change the form it will be helpful for many users worldwide. I would like to have a free plan so students and job seekers also can use it.

"Great platform to create submission forms for your website!"

What do you like best about Wufoo?

Wofuu will allow you to create any submission (application) form you want for your website. You can complete dynamic fields based on the input of the user. And it is all done without any programming skills or knowledge. Paid plans will allow you to create branding and customize any form to match your website. Implementation is done by simply copying and pasting the code.

What do you dislike about Wufoo?

Their technical support is done only via email communication. In many cases, it is not easy to explain the problem. It may take days to resolve something and you may not have that time if your website submission form is not working properly.

What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is allowing to embed complex submission forms into our website thus automating many processes and lowering human error in routine administrative actions. It can run entirely on autopilot.

What do you like best about Wufoo?

Easiness and simplicity. Their sample texts are funny as well. I really appreciate the company's humor and helpfulness

Nothing - I can't think of anything I do not like. I do wish creating themes were easier but it's not that big of a deal.

Simple tool for online form builder

PROS: With Wufoo I am able to create web forms, and it provides me with many types of templates, and this gives me full freedom to create online forms and event registration pages the way I want. Great tool for non-IT candidates, because you are able to maintain their online events or to choose other web forms. In my opinion you don’t need to create a form with huge amount of icons and feature characteristic, but if you use this tool you can easily create and manage basic and effective form. I have to say that by using this tool you will find out how fun it is to do all the work online and the most important thing is that you don’t need extra knowledge in IT-section.

CONS: In my opinion, WuFoo is great for small companies and web forms, but if you need to create more complex form then I don’t think that wufoo is right choice for you, because requires portal access and you have to create long forms and all the work will be boring because you won’t be able to do the whole work in one sitting.

What do you like best about Wufoo?

I love the ease of use of this product. I can find everything in a user-friendly interface and put together a polished form in no time.

What do you dislike about Wufoo?

Limited features on the free version but well worth the investment if you decide to pay.

I can create forms for just about any use with my clients. It allows me to ask pertinent questions to get started on their project.

What do you like best about Wufoo?

The form builder can use templates and you can create cascading rules dependant on the choices selected

What do you dislike about Wufoo?

It would be great to see a graphic that illustrates form rules in a flow chart and an attribute table. It can be hard to trace errors on complicated forms with lots of attributes and if-then rules set up.

A really awesome form creating tool!

PROS: Wufoo does an awesome job in creating advanced forms then embedding them to your site without taking lessons on advanced coding or html. What I like is having the capacity in utilizing conditional formatting. This is where you're able to make adjustments on a set of questions (depending on how a user approaches and answers a question). Furthermore, Wufoo has integration for Zapier, Mailchip, Zoho, and other e-mail lients for an easy sending of follow-ups.

CONS: Compared to other form-creating platforms, it's hard making customizations (in terms of feel and appearance ) to a Wufoo form. While a CSS option is available, it's still hard to do. Even if we were able to do so, we still couldn't get it right.
