Wudpecker allows me to fully focus on one thing: Talking with prospects and customers.
Instead focusing half my energy on taking notes, and the other half on listening, i can now do both, without compromising either.
Sometimes produces inaccurate notes, and action items that are not actually action items. However, as with any tool, its about using it properly. Used properly, this is not an issue at all
Wudpekcer solves and improves meetings with customers - And is also a conversation piece in the meeting itself.
It summarizes all my calls, records it as well and lets me review the transcript later on for detailed analysis.
I wish Wudpecker would also let me download the recordings. This way I can access them anytime when I am offline.
Wudpecker is helping me transcribe my sales calls, user interviews and recruiting interviews.
I recently started using Wudpecker, and I must say, it has completely transformed the way I capture information during calls. The platform does an exceptional job of identifying and recording all the crucial topics and decisions discussed throughout the conversation, ensuring no important detail is missed.
In my line of work, client feedback and thoughts arere most important, and the platform does a beautiful job of capturing them so that I can focus on being engaged during the conversation.
Wudpecker also gives users the ability to capture snippets of the meeting and share only that snippet with the respective parties. Of course, you can share the entire meeting recording as well!
In conclusion, Wudpecker has become my go-to tool for note-taking during calls for external and internal meetings. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a reliable, efficient solution for capturing essential information. Give it a try—you won't be disappointed!
As with most new products just starting off, Wudpecker isn't without its minor hiccups. However, the team behind this innovative platform is incredibly responsive and dedicated to making continuous improvements. This dedication only adds to the overall positive experience of using Wudpecker, and I'm excited to see how it evolves in the future.
Wudpecker has been a game-changer in boosting my productivity by significantly eliminating the time it would take me to re-listen meetings and review meetings notes. It accurately captures the key points from various discussions, allowing me to focus on what truly matters—taking action on those insights. Moreover, Wudpecker's intuitive features have made it incredibly easy to keep all teams aligned and informed, fostering seamless collaboration and enhanced efficiency within our organization.
It's truly a remarkable tool for anyone looking to optimize their workflow and streamline communication across teams.
The template feature makes it easy to structure my meetings. My team repurposed the template examples that Wudpecker had into customized ones that fit our purposes. With that, we built a repeatable process for our sales team. Then everything gets synced to our Hubspot, so I don’t have to worry about information being all over the place.
We also use the recordings to onboard new sales reps. For instance our new account executive listens to recordings of our older reps’ sales calls.
The summary was very neat. They used chatgpt so it’s state of the art stuff. I realized quickly that we can use it for our internal calls as well. Now I can get the idea of the whole conversation at a glance.
The search filter can improve a bit more. Now we are starting to get a lot of meetings in, so a smart search function would really save us some more time.
Before Wudpecker, notes were very fragmented, and it was difficult to push out the knowledge in our head to others. Now with the summary + recording, we save time, and get better documentation with the full picture.
Their summary feature breaks down the meeting content nicely. With a bit of editing, I can immediately send it off as a followup. The notes sync to CRM which is a nice touch.
In the beginning, I listened to a bunch of my own meetings and realized a lot of things that I missed. It really helped me improve my own processes. I checked my colleagues recordings as well to learn how they run their meetings.
Would be great if the slack integration exists, so the summary are pushed there as well. I know that it’s on the way so looking forward to that!
I’m more of a pen and paper type of guy, so it used to be very time consuming to type out the notes. Now Wudpecker gives me a something to work with immediately
With Wudpecker we can onboard people faster. This is a great ROI as if we are able to get a new salesperson to produce results a few months earlier our profit margin increases greatly!
As you could imagine with everything new there are sometimes things that require testing and learning internally to make sure we take advantage of the features. For example, it took us a while to realize the power of the tool for making sure our new salespeople get supported by the senior salespeople.
It helps us learn from our sales meetings and continuously improve the way we do servant sales. On top of that it can be used in internal comms about a sales meeting that went well.
Wudpecker gives me the ability to see the forest and the tree. Their summary is fire. I get the overview of an hour long meeting in 2 minutes. And if I want to search a specific segment to listen to, I can do just that.
I miss a few feature that allowed me to listen to just a specific speaker. They use to have it but I know they are working on bringing it back.
I have quite long and technical meetings, so I used to have to watch the whole session each time I do a followup of the call. But now the time it takes is down by more than half.
The fact that I get good notes from every single Teams meeting I attend. It saves me time and I can focus on the meeting.
No Pipedrive integration (yet). And sometimes the Notetaker doesn't recognize the different speakers in a meeting.
It helps me do good notes of all meetings I attend. I can focus on the meeting instead.
As a frequent user of Wudpecker, I find it incredibly helpful in my day-to-day work. One of the things I appreciate most about the tool is how it saves me time. With just a few clicks, I can generate a summary of my sales calls, which saves me from having to spend hours transcribing and organizing my notes. This allows me to focus on other important tasks, such as reaching out to potential clients and closing deals.
As a sales manager, I've found that using a sales call summary tool has made it much easier to train new sales reps. The tool's intuitive interface and user-friendly features make it easy for new reps to quickly learn how to use it to analyze their sales calls, identify trends and patterns, and improve their sales approach.
With the help of the sales call summary tool, I'm able to provide new reps with real-world examples of successful sales calls, which helps them understand what works and what doesn't. By sharing summaries of successful calls with the new reps, they can see firsthand how to effectively engage with customers, address their concerns, and ultimately close deals.
Ideally the tool wouldn't need to join the call as a separate participant which might make the participant a bit nervous of being recorded. Or if they could opt-out in being recorded but it would still be possible to take notes.
As the tool is still developing rapidly, some work needs to be put in to make the first experience as intuitive as possible. This can easily be resolved.
Making better sales notes than I ever could by just writing. And writing concise summaries of the most important parts of the calls.
It also helps me jump on calls with sales reps asyncronously and listen in without affecting a new reps own performance.

The integration with zoom, google meet, and even teams is flawless. I am able to easily toggle the notetaker on and off depending on the meeting. The in-person notetaker works great as well.
I wish there was a way to never include the notetaker on certain recurring meetings.
I can be more present in meetings knowing that Wudpecker is taking notes and delivering high-quality overviews.
