I write almost every day. After trying one of the software applications that some producers recommended, which was too complicated to use, I found WriterDuet, which is not complicated. I am so thankful I did, since I was about to give up on writing because I couldn't find an industry-accepted format that I could easily use. I have won several awards with my writing, and although it was my idea, WriterDuet made it an Industry Standard and easy to use. It does what needs to be done next while you are writing, and the Questions and Answers section is easy to follow if I do not understand something.

I have even received compliments on my formatting and additional options pages I use with WriteDuet.

After familiarizing myself with all the tabs and utilizing the Q and A option, I don't have any dislikes.

WriterDuet has made writing a script much easier than other writing software. I won't name names, but I was knocked down on my first and second script submissions before finding industry-standard writing software. A Producer specifically suggested another software that was so difficult to use.

Cloud-based writing is the way to go! I love that I can access my projects to edit or share no matter what computer or platform I'm on. It's lightweight and doesn't require you to manage the limited keys/installs you have from other screenwriting programs. Best of all, the customer service is outstanding. Email or tweet them and you'll receive fast, personalized support, even if you're using the free plan.

There's a little bit of a learning curve involved with navigating all the tools and menus. The best way to handle this is to simply play around with things until you learn where everything is. After that, you're able to customize the docket menu system to make it more convenient for your specific needs.

Try it out! The free plan can access most of the features and you'll fall in love immediately.

Transitioning between scripted formats can be daunting for some writers. For example, going from screenwriting to graphic novel writing is sometimes a bit of a creative challenge. Thankfully, WriterDuet makes this a breeze. Change your script's format and BLAM, your screenplay is now in graphic novel format. It also has the capability to compile multiple document types for exporting in a range of file formats.

What I like best is that it is free. I also like how user-friendly it is and the ease to use it. This is the best online software for everyone from the novice to the expert.

As of today, there is absolutely nothing I don't like.

I am writing my first solo feature film script. WriterDuet has made the possibility to write with ease. I also added collaborators (up to three with the free version) to aid in my journey. These qualities and the savings are what keep this software a notch above the rest.

I can't even begin to describe how easy this software is to use. It is one of the most user-friendly scriptwriting software available. The best thing is that the free version is great but the Pro version is greater. I was happy to have found out about this software because now I carry my scripts right in my pocket. They are not confined to my laptop or desktop.

I really do not have anything bad to say about this software up to now. I just hope that if they do make any changes that it is for the better however possible that can be now that it seems perfect to me.

Try it out, I promise you will not be disappointed.

I am able to transport my scripts with me, share them with my collaborator simply by adding them to the collaborator file, and not worry that if my hard drive is damaged I lose all my work. It truly has given me peace of mind.

This excellent application brings together a series of amazing features among which the ones I like most are the following:

- WriterDuet has a composition that makes it very simple and easy to understand when working with the program.

- Its interface is too fast that facilitates everything when working.

- It has a large number of tools to edit, create and modify everything we want in a simpler way.

WriterDuet has an astounding interface, which truly gets itself off the beaten path, puts the composition up front, and does not require a huge amount of fiddling around. It's excessively speedy and simple to simply get composing, without agonizing such a great amount over the application itself.

Stacking can be a bit on the moderate side. It's gotten quicker than it at any point was previously, yet there's still opportunity to get better there.

I like that I can send out reports that share the correct data with the creation group that they need. I can simply give them sides with exchange, I can simply send out a solitary character (storyteller) so they can without much of a stretch form a document for a monitor.

Typewriter mode is excellent addition, being able to collaborate with writers no matter where they are in the world, and the ability to buy a lifetime license.

The outlining feature isn’t easy to use. Also sometimes the title page gets off when importing a doc

The fact, that writngDuet is a free service is a huge plus. It offers a simple to use interface that everybody can learn but quickly and efficiently.

WriterDuet hasn't any in-depth planning features. It lacks a way to budget your production.

I write scripts for short films, stage plays and other small productions

We use it in class and most take to it right away. I personally use it for my own writing as well and love the layout and ease of use.

The best thing about it is that you can write anywhere on any computer if you use their server, if you want to.

I'm not a fan of the mobile app. The interface E just doesn't work well with a phone. A tablet might be better

Even though the real time collaboration is their selling point, there’s countless other reasons I love this software. It’s extremely intuitive, you can export in pretty much any file format, the alternative scene/dialogue versions is a great feature, and they have a fantastic customer support (comparing to their main competitor’s horrendous one).
