To calculate progress based on actual documentation being submitted. Instead of using EXCEL sheets for monitoring and calculation, WRENCH does everything flawlessly..!!!

Time to set up files in the workspace. A workflow can get too complicated. An easy to find legend for workflow calls abbreviation would be helpful.

Funelling drawing and document transmittal and good revision control. It is helping to eliminate revised drawings being issued with the same old revision.

WRENCH makes the documentation flow pretty systematic. one can track the progress of the document and reports can help in tabbing the reviews. WRENCH provides a good overview of the documentation which makes planner life easy.

For commenting WRENCH makes several different PDFs that can be improved. Like BLUEBEAM*, all the reviewers should be able to mark comments on the same pdf. This will improve transparency and productivity.

Good review and commenting tools shall be provided to the reviewer so they do not struggle while making comments.

Document comparison especially between two revisions, will improve the producitivity.
