Clean interface and very simple enrollment for our1099s. Fast Deposits, and good reporting.

It has all the features we need today, but as our needs grow we hope that Wrapbook expands its abilities. So far, they have been releasing updates as fast as we look for them.

Fast onboarding, low cost, administratively easy. Excellent timesheet management and expense management.

Ease of use getting set-up, on both sides is best in class. Not to mention my experience with the customer service and on-boarding team has been second to none. They are personable, knowledgable and available.

Honestly, this software is a fully turnkey solution for crew payment/Employer of Record/Workers Comp. When I first signed up, I let them know that I'd love to see a functionality in the future where you could also upload custom deal memos, which they have since implemented.

Without having a designated accounting department, this software allows me to keep my crew paid on-time easily. Additionally it saves the hassle of printing checks or initiating digital payments by allowing users to link almost any bank account directly to their profile

I love the fact that there are no monthly membership-fees and you only pay a small percentage on payrolls that you run. Also, the fact you can have multiple projects under each production is an added bonus. Lastly, but probably most valued, the response time from customer support/company execs. Really love the personal touch.

While Wrapbook's registration fees are modest, I wish the fees were tiered to accommodate all budget levels. Also, while the UI is majorily intuitive -- I feel some menus can be combined and/or options available in other areas of a project. For example, in Run Payroll, the "Add Item" only allows for additional invoices to be added, opposed to additional "expenses" as well (as seen in Accounts Payable).

This isn't more of a wish than a dislike, but I would love to see a charge back/bill/refund feature in the future. And would also love to see an ability to pre-fund a project's payroll to expedite the pay process and thus, eliminating the "collecting funds" process.

Definitely the long hours onboarding and doing payroll is no longer my reality. Wrapbook expedites all of this -- and now with the Startwork feature -- documents like deal memos, NDAs, and other paperwork a production might required of crew/talent, can all be completed through Wrapbook's platform.

Wrapbook is very intuitive and simple to get started and if you do have any questions, the team is readily available for support.

My crew is mainly short term freelancers, so the amount of time I spend setting them up with other payroll systems is a real burden. Wrapbook makes it quick and easy to set up new contractors, keep projects separate, and run payroll, whether it's by invoice or by time.

It is user friendly, allows productions to cut down on paperwork, and easily integrates with crew members' bank accounts. Streamlines and simplifies the production process regarding payroll and insurance.

One minor bit of friction in the UI when adding new employees, but ultimately not that big a deal.

I love how I don't have to calculate any overtime. It's all built into the system. Just put the start and end times, and it does the rest for you. It's also super helpful that everything can be filled in on the platform by each crew member so that I don't have to send out individual timecards to everyone that was on set.

I can't think of one thing that I dislike.

If you are hesitant to switch, just know it will make all of your processes that much easier. I highly recommend this platform.

Parking or meals reimbursements can be done right on the platform, and added to the crew member's timecard. It's such an easier process than what I've been doing before.

The best part about Wrapbook, to me, is just how intuitive and easy to use it all is.

There's not much to dislike about Wrapbook honestly. And whenever i've encountered any issues, their customer service team has been very quick to respond and help out.

Wrapbook's made on-boarding crew members a BREEZE. The amount of time I save by not wrangling paperwork is incredible.

Wrapbook has over 100 plus features to make our work easy.It has features such as production insurance, direct deposits, loan out payments, document sharing etc.

As of now I couldn't find anything that I dislike about this application. Everything is on point and they are providing best of the services to enhance our work productivity.

Wrapbook has solved all types of backend problems of my productions. Wrapbook automatically generates payroll stubs and tax forms which helped me a lot to enhance my work efficiency.

The total percent for fringes + platform fee is listed on the site's calculator. However, we've had minor discrepancies estimating payroll based on this information vs actual payroll costs in the end. Nominal amounts, but strange to be off by just a little. Customer service has been helpful in suggesting why calculations might be slightly off; reconciling the budget has been tricky.
