WP Umbrella is the one of the new and more inovative solutions for WordPress website maintenance. I've been very impressed by the overall experiences and number of features as well as how well WP Umbrella listens to the needs of their customers. I'm also impressed with how quickly they have been adding new features and improving upon existing features.

WP Umbrella is also very easy to setup and use. The interface is lighweight and intuitive. Customer support has always been very responsive and helpful. They have a system for feature requests and actually make updates regularly! The backups work very well and I've restored several websites from backups without any issue. Restoring has been a very smooth process which is a big deal.

The standout features for me are the reporting system and Google Analytics integration. Both of these solutions are robust and my clients love the reports.

Not much to speak of. WP Umbrella is a newer product so some features of older solutions are still being developed but they are working and releasing updates very quickly.

It's intuitive, clear, user-friendly, fast and full of useful links that make my work easy. In addition (which is also very important), the support is excellent and fast.

Taking care of keeping dozens of websites up to date.

The UI is easy to understand and has alot of features to easly manage multiple websites at once, at a low cost!

Biggest things are 3d part integration, to be able to manage for example Wordfence from the panel.

It's brilliant how WP Umbrella is able to provide all of the essential info I need at a glance. The interface is absolutely stunning as well! I don't need to worry about maintaining an additional server or troubleshoot connection issues as I have had to with other solutions. WP Umbrella allows me to focus on my clients' websites exclusively. The features that are available make it a great choice, and the roadmap looks especially promising. The client reports are exceptionally customisable and easy to set up, also!

If I could pay using Google Pay or PayPal, that would be terrific!

WP Umbrella frees up more of my time so that I can focus more time on serving my clients.

It's a very easy-to-use solution that saves us a lot of time every day

Very easy to implement/integrate on our customers' sites via a simple extension, here are the points we particularly appreciate:

- Centralised updates for all our sites.

- Simple management of backups stored for 50 days.

- Automated reports sent to customers.

- Uptime monitoring

- Analysis of security problems

What else can we say? Well, frequent updates and highly responsive, competent support, perhaps?

I wish I had something negative to say but I can't find it. I'm just waiting for the selective updates based on filters, which should arrive very soon.

Without WP Umbrella, we would have to multiply our costs and our human time to manually connect to all our sites to carry out updates.

WP Umbrella saves us money on backup, report automation and pingdom tools by bringing it all together in one place.

It also happened that our website crashed, but I couldn't get it back up, so I asked for help. It was fixed the same day.

Makes taking care of multiple WordPress sites easy

We are a web agency that manages dozens of sites.

We were using ManageWP and switched to WP Umbrella 1 month ago.

We are delighted with this choice for the following reasons:

- Speed: each connection to ManageWP was hell, extremely long. Even just to collect the monthly bill we had to endure this extremely long connection to all the sites. From this point of view, WP Umbrella is much much faster... there is no doubt!!

- The user interface is much nicer, the information is clear and the management of all sites is much easier

- WP Umbrella appears to be a small company. Access to support is easy, responses are quick, and it is the developer who provides the answers. And what's more, he seems to be very nice!

- The product seems to evolve regularly. With ManageWP we have not seen any functional improvement during use of the product. WP Umbrella has a roadmap with regular developments. I may be able to confirm after several months of use in another review!!

- And also… As a French company we are happy to collaborate with a French service provider!

So obviously, at this stage of our use, I strongly recommend the use of WP Umbrella.

We also need to talk about the price. Of course, there is no free plan, no options... but it is very clear: one price / all features. Ultimately, it's a good thing, it means we don't have to make any concessions!!

For our part, we look forward to discovering all the next developments which I am sure will help us in our business.
