I'm a developer and the way WotNot's easy to use interface works is very impressive. The ease of implementation and integration by just copying and pasting some simple html is nice.

One of the features I really like is the way you can train the AI model. Just adding URLs and off it goes to learn. Also their customer support and videos has been very helpful.

I look forward to presenting this solution to my upper management. I see lots of potential in how it can assist us with our high volume of customers.

I really haven't seen any downside yet. This product was designed very well and intuitive.

We are a government agency that deals with the public. We have a high volume of calls but little personel to deal with the volume. The ChatBots gives us a great way to offer level 1 support to the high volume of people we serve.

I’m a Senior Content Designer consulting for some of the largest companies on the planet. I’ve been going through the AI learning curve on various projects checking out a variety of chatbot platforms. My goal was to have a few to recommend to the companies that I work at and to expand my new skills in conversation design.

So far, WotNot stands out from the pack. You can start with their BotBuilder by modifying a template and learning their platform in real-time with their test button. Unlike other platforms, you can work through a variety of user journeys and focus on the conversational design without being distracted by an overly complex platform.

When you’re ready to put the working chatbot on your website, you simply install one line of code under the body tag. From there, you can keep making updates to the content and flows of the chatbot on the WotNot dashboard, without updating the code on your website.

There are many features with calendars, team selections, and human handoffs. WotNot also integrates directly into Google, WhatsApp and Slack. I will be exploring their AI Studio with a ChatGPT integration next.

I think the the pricing structure could be improved so that developers can try more features in the free or lower cost version.

While WotNot has been an excellent choice, there's always room for improvement. The platform could benefit from more template options for a broader range of use cases.

WotNot can improve some functionalities, but other than that I have no dislike, WotNot is an invaluable tool our business needs, improving our efficiency and customer satisfaction.

One of my most favourite feature of wotnot is "Bot Builder". I can easily create chat bot flow with all types of dialog as input, multi media messages, options, cards, book event, create leads. It's so easy to use product.

So far, I love everything about wotnot. I am observing that Performance is also improved. Bot is providing response fast. Human handover feature is so useful and agent can chat live with end user.

Getting leads is so much fast and easy using wotnot chatbot. It is asking for user details to end user in our website and create lead in salesforce, hubspot etc. It can also send me chat transcript on email. Love the WotNot.

- They support so many integrations like google calender, google sheets, calendly etc.

- Live chat section is simple and user friendly

- The support team is too quick to answer all of your queries and truly help you with the platform.

WotNot is truly a wonderful tool to build chatbots. but if they increase the number of integrations for newly released AI tools and platforms, that would be great.

The one thing that i love most about wotnot is its FAQ builder, where you can train the chatbot using knowledge based from failed phrase.

The integration with facebook and whatsapp allows users to chat with the bot from those social media platforms directly.

Wotnot has many unique features including Dashboard, Live chat, third-party integrations, and user-friendly UI. They provide multiple channels for chatbots In a single account so that You can manage everything on one platform.

They are doing their best and I do not have any improvement to discuss. But yes they can add more integrations for different use cases.

We were looking for a reliable platform to automate our customer support and provide service information to our website visitors. Wotnot helped us to achieve our goals.

Easy to set up and the free version is very generous. You don't hit the (pay)wall every time you want to set something up.

So far the only thing is the transfer of the ownership - I was the owner but I wanted to make my colleague an owner and you have to go through a ticketing system. However, I would consider this a minor hiccup.

We set it up so our colleagues in other departments would not have to read the docs and they could ask freely, as many times they wish at anytime any questions about our product.

It is really easy to build and implement a chatbot with its simple building block features. WotNot is excellent for small businesses that want to develop their first chatbot.

There is nothing to dislike about WotNot except their pricing, which some may find a little steep. Apart from that, it is a great platform.

Our business primarily depends on the WhatsApp chatbot, and with the help of Wotnot, we were able to build our first chatbot without any coding knowledge. It is fast, responsive and provides a lot of valuable insights.
