Work and life balance with WorkWave

PROS: WorkWave has actually made my life more comfortable since I got it. With WorkWave, I can manage my businesses in one place, see what is happening in the "field" even when I am not there, access it anywhere since it is cloud-based, integrate well with QuickBooks, and it has fantastic customer support.

CONS: It has many features and quite complicated, so it's not easy to learn how to use it. Their interface needs a lot of tweaking to be user friendly.

Love it, but UI needs improvement

PROS: I am able to see my schedule at one glance. I can also see appointment schedules and set appointments by an individual or by the team.

CONS: The processes can be simplified more.

Constantly improving

PROS: I love that they are always looking into their clients' needs when updating their software. They are always ready to answer our queries and suggestions, and always fix our problems fast.

CONS: The system's changes upon upgrade are sometimes confusing; however, their support is always ready to help.
