It helps manage time effectively and improve productivity. It's easy to use, and everything is automated. I have no complaints about the software's performance. The only thing I would add is a pop-up reminder feature, like "Take a break," "You skipped lunch," or "You've reached today's goals," and so on.

The real-time screen monitoring feature allowed us to track task completion and make timely adjustments. This improved work quality and reduced errors. After the integration the use of social media was completely eliminated. The software allows blocking access to any applications and websites. Employees are now focused on important tasks.

In my company, we currently have this agent installed. It's probably the best tool. It's not intrusive at all which I think is crucial for employees. There are no annoying notifications that pop up after a certain idle time. One of the reports shows if an employee visits job search websites. This turned out to be useful for me. My boss saw in the reports that I was job searching and decided to talk to me. It turned out I had too many tasks, was overworking, and not taking breaks, so I was getting very tired. I had numerous questions before purchasing the plan. Over a period of 14 days, I asked questions nearly every day, especially since this was my first time using monitoring software.
