"A very Encouraging way to connect with workmates"
What do you like best about WorkTango (Formerly Kazoo)?

The one I like the best is how worktango provides additional incentives to the users of it occasionally, in variety of ways to work on our creative minds and share our experiences

What do you dislike about WorkTango (Formerly Kazoo)?

The thing that I dislike as of the moment is when I experienced delays in claiming the rewards we wanted to claim, unlike from your previous services where you can instantly redeem it. Thus, I think a weekly engagement would be actually helpful in sustaining the minds of your users outside from their usual work.

What problems is WorkTango (Formerly Kazoo) solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think the worktango helps its users to engage with variety of knowledge, where it pushes us to acknowledge the different interests, such us films and events, in which it somehow gives us a time to be introduced on the things we didn't know or recognize.

"This site is amazing!"
What do you like best about WorkTango (Formerly Kazoo)?

I think this site is beneficial to quickly provide recognition to your colleagues or peers in a quick way so the whole company can see how one may have gone above and beyond. This also reminds us of when others are within the company as a birthday or work anniversary. I enjoy the option to choose from gifts or gift cards to redeem after you collect so many points from others within the company.

What do you dislike about WorkTango (Formerly Kazoo)?

There isn't much to dislike. I, personally, don't think that I go above and beyond as I think it is just my job to do. But I feel weird when I do get recognized in some instances. But otherwise, there isn't much bad to say.

What problems is WorkTango (Formerly Kazoo) solving and how is that benefiting you?

This solves the problem where one within the company doesn't hear that they have made a difference in someone else's day. This allows them to silently recognize one if they aren't able to see someone face to face or are too shy to tell one in person.

"Work Tango provides meaningful recognition for your Team!"
What do you like best about WorkTango (Formerly Kazoo)?

Work Tango is a fun, simple platform in which our Team is able to give and receive well-deserved recognition. Our core values are tied into the system which was fine-tuned just for our company. Team members on every level can recognize one another for going above and beyond, or on special occassions such as Birthdays and Work Anniversaries. The rewards are amazing - there is something for everyone!

What do you dislike about WorkTango (Formerly Kazoo)?

As a team member who gives and receives recognition, I like everything about Work Tango. The only thing that I feel might be improved upon is as an administrator is more of a technical aspect that may be on our end or Work Tango's end with active users sometimes being archived. Whenever this happens, I can fix it easily and if I run into any challenges, the Work Tango customer support team is awesome in quickly assisting.

What problems is WorkTango (Formerly Kazoo) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Work Tango is helping us keep our company core values in front of the entire team. These were sometimes overlooked, but as they are impinted into the Work Tango platform, I feel they reinforced to our team daily. Also, in a former Employee Opinion Survey, team members wanted a way to recognize one another and be recognized as well. After that survey we engaged with Kazoo, now Work Tango and it's been amazing!

"A pleasure to partner with WorkTango"
What do you like best about WorkTango (Formerly Kazoo)?

The platform is super flexible and user friendly. The customer service is top notch. Team members are very impressed with how easy it is to take a survey as well as the information that can be pulled off of the dashboard.

What do you dislike about WorkTango (Formerly Kazoo)?

There is nothing I dislike about WorkTango. A few areas of opportunity that would benefit HumanGood is a larger benchmark with similar organizations. Additionally, having a platform feature that pulls out larger themes from comments.

What problems is WorkTango (Formerly Kazoo) solving and how is that benefiting you?

The product is enabling our company to have insights on the team member engagement during onboarding and exit, which we have never done before. This is helping us as we work toward team member retention goals.

"Fun and exciting way to give recognition to your coworkers!"
What do you like best about WorkTango (Formerly Kazoo)?

This is a great way to send recognition to your team/coworkers for the awesome work they do. From a simple follow up call made on your behalf to helping you complete a whole task, you can send worktango points to say "thanks" and they can turn the points into real life representation of thoes "thanks" in the form of gift cards & gifts!

What do you dislike about WorkTango (Formerly Kazoo)?

The only downside to WorkTango is when the points expire. Everything that comes with WorkTango is excellent, and this would be the only thing where I feel there is room for improvement.

What problems is WorkTango (Formerly Kazoo) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Work Tango helps us be able to push through on a rough day and really does uplift us. Without waiting until the end of year for recognition, we get to do it monthly!

"Kazoo Makes a Community Stronger"
What do you like best about WorkTango (Formerly Kazoo)?

How user-friendly Kazoo is, how simple it is to navigate the website and interact with other employees in our organization. Being able to reward a friend is great.

What do you dislike about WorkTango (Formerly Kazoo)?

There isn't anything that I hate or dislike about Kazoo. It is straightforward to use and navigate. And my employer always offers incentives through a kazoo, which makes me want to use it more.

What problems is WorkTango (Formerly Kazoo) solving and how is that benefiting you?

What it is solving are workplace boredom and employee recognition. It offers another way to interact with your colleagues and earn rewards for real-life items. Showing even adding a little picture of yourself can help you buy those new sneakers, a new bag, or even a phone. It is great that organizations are offering more ways to reward their hard-working employees.

"It is one of my favorite perks"
What do you like best about WorkTango (Formerly Kazoo)?

I really like that we can get rewards and save up by doing well at work and doing things that help the community like getting a flu shot, donating blood, or volunteering. I also like being able to give and recieve recognition with coworkers for a job well done.

What do you dislike about WorkTango (Formerly Kazoo)?

I do not really like that everyone sees the redemptions and wish that they were automatically made private so people wouldnt know what you used your points for.

What problems is WorkTango (Formerly Kazoo) solving and how is that benefiting you?

it solves the problem of employees feeling like they are not recognized when they work hard and have good results. It also is beneficial in motivating me to do the beneficial incentives.

"Such a great incentive"
What do you like best about WorkTango (Formerly Kazoo)?

I feel that the concept of this program is incredible! I think its a wonderful way to recognize our peers and help push each other to be better. It feels so good when i get a notification that someone saw me doing a good job and they want to publicly send appreciation for that!

What do you dislike about WorkTango (Formerly Kazoo)?

My only thing is that some people don't use their points to send to others and its sad to see those points go to waste. I've always said I wish those extra points at the end of the quarter could be delegated to those who tend to send a lot more recognitions. That and I would love to be able to send more points to people as I run out because I love showing people how much I appreciate them.

What problems is WorkTango (Formerly Kazoo) solving and how is that benefiting you?

This improves morale for the teams! We now have a way to get to show each other we care and see them so that helps us all to feel better and more motivated to do better.

"A great way to share the love"
What do you like best about WorkTango (Formerly Kazoo)?

WorkTango is a fantastic way to recognise the achievements and milestones of my team and peers. It' s perfect for going that extra mile over the standard 'pat on the back' or slack message to say thanks.

I also love the rewards for myself! It's a big help when saving up for something I would like to buy, the points can be exchanged for gift cards!

What do you dislike about WorkTango (Formerly Kazoo)?

Not a lot to say here but the platform seems a bit all over the place with legacy features that I don't really know about. The actual shop is a bit hard to navigate too; I've seen issues with the categories and the search is hard to use.

What problems is WorkTango (Formerly Kazoo) solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's solving the issue where staff recognition can be lost in the noise of day-to-day slack messages and emails. The benefit is a formalised way to show my appreciation of my peers and team.

"A great platform for fostering a culture of saying thank you and fostering relationships"
What do you like best about WorkTango (Formerly Kazoo)?

A great way for people to recognize and acknowledge people they've worked with, either within their team or from other teams, either publicly or privately, AND enabling them to accrue points they can ultimately roll up into getting something tangible they care about through a WorkTango partner voucher.

Further to this, it is a great way to foster a culture of acknowledgment and thankfulness. With how busy things can get, it's easy to forget to say thank you or acknowledge the hard work and efforts people have made on that project you worked on together, or for being so supportive on that that thing, or helping you on X deadline. Every quarter running up to the deadline for when points expire, it makes you think back and reflect on whats happened over the past 3 months, and thank people for how they've shown up.

What do you dislike about WorkTango (Formerly Kazoo)?

Being left with a weird amount of points to share across a lot of people can result in them getting a weird acknowledgement, such as 23 points per person.

What problems is WorkTango (Formerly Kazoo) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Remembering to recognise, thank and acknowledge the efforts of those I work with both internally and externally to my team in a large multinational company. It also allows you to do so in a way that results in recipients being able to get something tangible in the form of a much coveted WorkTango partner voucher, where they can ultimately choose what they get, removing any guesswork usually involved in gifting at work.
