In fast food having a candidate friendly recruitment process is absolutely necessary. Workstream makes it so that the process of applying and being hired is as seemless and easy as posible. The customer service and support is unmatched compared to other vendors that we use. We spend as little as 3 hours a week following up on the system and use it daily. It's simply integrated into our payroll system and the implemenation and set up were well communicated.

In workstream it's not easy to see at a glance if every position is filled in our restaurants. I would love to see a feature where you can set the staff levels and work towards filling them. This will help the in operations teams have a better handle on recruitment and staffing needs.

Workstream posts on all job boards so we don't need to be positing and managing job boards and they keep the flow coming in.

Workstream allows me to quickly coordinate recruitment, interview scheduling, and onboarding paperwork across multiple divisions and companies of our large organization. A real time-saver!

There are a few small bugs in the onboarding software that, if resolved, would make their product even better. Hopefully this happens soon in a future update.

We've been using Workstream for about a year and a half now, and we're thoroughly impressed. The customer service is exceptional—responsive, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist. The platform itself is fantastic; it simplifies our onboarding process and has saved my team so much time. What we appreciate most is how they're constantly evolving to stay ahead of the competition. Highly recommend!

We currently don't have any dislikes. The team works to make adjustments for any issues we have.

This platform has significantly cut down manual work on the HR end. We used to spend hours running background checks and tracking them and Workstream does all of that automatically.

WorkStream is very user friendly. Customer service is great! They have tons of options for sending documents out, onboarding surveys and exit surveys. Workstream has been awesome to work with and has been a total game changer in finding new applicants. They have made it very easy! I use workstream every day and Id have to say its made my job so much easier. We had to swith over from a different software and workstream made it very easy to transition over.

Sometimes I get forget how to change things around. I would have to say they have switched things up on me once or twice and i was lost as to how i should figure out how to work the new settings. But workstream has been pretty user friendly and is pretty easy to figure out. I am not computer savvy and I feel like I have not had many problems when it comes to running Workstream.

Keeping everything in one spot has been a blessing! We were using multiple programs and now we have moved pretty much everything into one spot and its been awesome.

Workstream has allowed our company to stream line our hiring and onboarding processes with their automation features! Customer Support is always ready to help and solve issues quickly.

Overall we love the product but it can be a costly service.

Workstreams automated features for scheduling interviews and interview reminders has greatly increase the number of candiates we in-person interview. Additionally, the ability to completely dizitalize our onboarding process has saved our company hundreds of working hours.

Having one spot to post job openings, hire and onboard employees is amazing. Workstream has made our job so much more efficient.

There is not anything I can think of right now that I dislike about Workstream.

Having job postings, scheduling for interviews, hiring and onboarding all in one easy to use place makes the hiring process easier and more efficient.

Workstream made the application and interview process a breeze. We transitioned from away from applications that were coming in from all over the place, and were able to have everything in one centralized location that made it easy to collect applications. It also took the burden away from me of reaching out to candidates and scheduling interviews, and allows them to schedule a meeting time that works for them.

My schedule is not the same every week, so I do have to remember to go into Workstream and make the adjustments every week. Applicants also sometimes treat it as a bot that is on the other end, and so don't always take into consideration that there is a person they are interacting with.

WWorkstream allows me to take the hassle out of applications and interviews. I don't have to worry about taking time out of my day to schedule interviews anymore.
