Workstep has a very user-friendly interface that makes it easy to navigate through. Feedback is easy to read and puts the most critical information into perspective
I am able to see every other department that falls under my supervisor's umbrella, which creates clutter for me as I try to filter feedback and data that exclusively pertains to my devision.
Workstep provides insight into employees' thoughts and sentiments, which we wouldn't have access to otherwise. This insight ultimately translates to more inclusivity and productivety by using the feedback constructively.

Using WorkStep in the workplace is very helpful because it shows what each job position is doing the best with their workers, and what is lacking in that certain position.
The only thing that I can think of as to why I would dislike using WorkStep in the workplace would be that it only looks at the days 30,60, and 90. When in reality, I would like more of an insight into the worker's lives after 1 year of working in the workforce.
WorkStep is helping our company take a look at the "negativity" into the workers day to day lives and helping us have a better understanding as to what we could do better.
WorkStep is a robust platform and what it lacks in ability, it makes up for with its customer success team that is always willing to explore new options with us.
It takes quite some time to get from one page to another within the platform, the loading is lengthy. Additionally, I'd love it if we could look back on our data within a specific time range, as opposed to the last 90 and last 180 days only. It would be interesting to see the data as it relates to this time last year, for example, to see if there are seasonal trends.
WorkStep is allowing us to look across different departments and business units at how we're engaging with our employees. We host monthly meetings with WorkStep and our operations teams to review data and action plan improvements within our organization.
I like that the employees can speak up and feel heard. Most often, employees are scared to speak up. Keeping the comment anonymous, helps them speak up and will help us on making better decisions or be aware of situations we didn't know about before.
When we reply back to someone, the employee thinks we know who they are. In some cases, we can put two and two and know who it is. But for the most part we don't know who these comments come from.
A lot of HR related problems. Things from wages, situations with supervisors, harassment situations, etc. It's making HR more aware and just knowing how we can improve our working environment.

The user-friendly UI is very polished, and the system makes it very easy to update current applicants' progress through your company's hiring steps.
I wish there were a way to automatically block out time slots within, say, 1-2 hours of the current time (so candidates don't sign up for interviews with little warning).
I strongly recommend reaching out to the WorkStep managers if you have any trouble or questions - they're super helpful and very friendly, and it's a delight talking to them.
WorkStep communicates with candidates on my behalf, making scheduling an over-the-phone interview really easy (while still giving the candidate my contact information so they can reach me if they need to)!
Most likely is they are updating it daily and making more easy to work on it all features are are advanced and easy to use

I appreciate the recruiting tool and its easy-to-use calendar scheduling. The pool of candidates is strong and the parameters are easy to edit. The anonymous feedback is a big part of what WorkStep brings to the table. The benchmarks are critical indicators of the health of each one of my facilities, and I use them to prepare my Managers with areas for their teams to improve in. We have implemented several initiatives thanks to WorkStep.
The load time of the website frustrates me. I understand there is a lot of data to load, but I have experienced many times where the site times itself out. I have taken the suggestions of clearing cache, cookies, etc., but I still encounter this issue semi-regularly. I wish there were a way for the WorkStep calendar to import into a Google calendar so I could check the application less frequently. Another ask would be for the tool to be more intuitive regarding when promotions occur or employees transfer facilities.
The feedback aspect has diagnosed themes within my facilities. I feature positive and negative comments that are anonymously given to the facility on a board. A suggestion box is also featured on the board. I team with the GM to address the negative feedback with what we, as Operations and HR, are doing about the concern(s) that have come to attention.
