Uploading SCORM files is very tedious. I wish the platform could pull more metadata (title, timestamp, description, etc.).
Compliance training, on-the job training, customer education
We selected WorkRamp for the clean, simplified employee dashboard as compared to competing LMS systems. Creating new (custom) content is simple for a first-time LMS user/administator. The prebuilt content has been the best way to engage our learners, so there is always something new and available for them, versus waiting for us to create new content in order to engage with the system.
We also selected WorkRamp because of the integration with BambooHR, our HRIS.
The customer service through the implementation process and beyond has been amazing. Support is constantly offered, and I feel there are multiple touch-points with the company as their client/customer.
We haven't found a down-side of using the WorkRamp system. When we launched the software in June of this year I felt the reporting capabailities were a little clunky and hard to maneuver, but the revamp of the manager dashboard has solved that challenge completely.
If there were one wish for improvement, it would be for WorkRamp data to be transferred back to BambooHR. (Right now WorkRamp recieves data from BambooHR but does not share completed course information with BambooHR.)

The ability to quickly record videos on zoom, upload them to Workramp and create organized, efficient training is great. The academy is easy to set up and wonderful to use as well.
The text editor for writing content. That thing is seriously primative. Also, there needs to be more flexibility for question types and multiple choice questions should have the answered scrambled automatically.
We can scale our consulting practice and rapidly move new consultants to higher billable utilization.
WorkRamp is an easy-to-use, structured and varied platform with lots of different features for making the learning experience a great and efficient one. I particularly like the statistics feature, which tracks participation and results! The variety of learning elements make for a distinguished learning experience, suitable for all learner types.
I have no dislikes about Workramp at this point!
We use Workramp to facilitate eLearns and weekly learning sessions for our team, to keep them up to date on launches and changes within the company. Workramp supports us with this by providing an easy to use platform and digestible user interfaces.
Of 8 different lms softwares we tried, Workramp was the most user-friendly and straightforward without compromising on features and customization. Definitely the best of both worlds!
There could be additional formatting features, like saving preset fonts to help streamline content creation processes.
We have so many teams that all require different training, and constantly update our softwares which requires regular training of our teammembers on these updates. Now we have a central hub to organize and implement all that training.
The ease of use is unlike any other (always more complicated) solutions. Setup is beyond easy, assignment and tracking is a dream.
Honestly not much, I would like to be able to customize employee communications and notifications by curricula, but I can live without it.
For me workramp solves our compliance training - it benefits me because they make it incredibly easy.
WorkRamp is an easy to use LMS solution for both internal and external users alike. Not only is setting up, customizing, implementing, integrating, and managing the solution extremely simple for non-technical users, but there's plenty of ways to supercharge your customization if you have the knowledge. I love how the team at WorkRamp is continually asking for feedback from their customers on ways to expand and ehance their solution, especially since we use the tool daily it's great knowing that what they're working on will continue to make my job easier. And to top it off, they offer excellent customer support through chat, email, and Slack; they're always quick to respond and resolve any issues or questions my team has.
The only downside to WorkRamp, is you're limited with some of the customizations (design, layout, pages, etc). Depending on your needs and level of LMS experience, this may not be a deterrent but if you need a highly customizable solution, then it may not fit your parameters.
WorkRamp solves our need to quickly onboard, train, retrain, and engage our employees and customers. Both systems allow us to leverage tests, badges, and certifications to verify their knowledge.
I love the ability to eaily separate Employee & Customer LMS, as well as the customization available. Our customer success team is also A+, always available via slack or email.
I had never used Workramp before and it was so easy to implement. We had a dedicated team (shoutout Nora) who was so patient with us.
The only complaint I have is that when a learner answers a question incorrectly, they can move forward and then at the end of the course it's not clear what Guide the incorrect answer is on.

It's hard for me to come up with a reason to dislike Workramp. I love this tool and so far WorkRamp has been an amazing asset to our company.
Workramp is our internal wiki. We have training materials, marketing collateral, industry knowledge articles all in one spot that is easily located in Salesforce. Our teams don't have to log in and out of their normal tools and can easily do their job with WorkRamp.
