Its a great social interactive space with coworkers that involves work related events and personal events in one place.

The interface isn't as fun as Facebook personally and could have more fun interface skins. Also, it sometimes lags when you send a private message and sometimes just quits.

Lack of design or originality in interface designs. Also, sometimes sending a private message lags and takes a long time and then will quit and I had to wait 10 minutes for another reload.

With the help of our HR Marketing team, we are making every effort to place more emphasis on Workplace because it is a two-way channel as opposed to email. We welcome colleagues to express their thoughts and views (both bad or good). Additionally, we try to improve leadership communication in the workplace (TownHalls for all managers from the C-level team) in order to demonstrate to employees the advantages of this channel over others.
