Workona is a Fantastic Productivity Tool

What do you like best about Workona?

I started with the free version of Workona just to test it out, but within a few days, I upgraded to the paid plan—and it’s absolutely worth it. At just £7/$9 a month, it’s a bargain for the control it gives you over tabs and memory usage in Chrome.

What do you dislike about Workona?

Workona lets me organise my workflows into distinct areas, so I can keep projects separate and avoid the clutter of endless tabs. It’s streamlined my browser experience and boosted my productivity.

Recommendations to others considering Workona?

There's nothing I dislike about Workona. I have got over the short learning curve and I know customer support will be on hand. I have got the base tier, but the next tier up, or so give instant support, rather than waiting a couple of days.

What problems is Workona solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a business owner, Workona has become an essential part of how I manage my day-to-day operations in Chrome. It allows me to create dedicated workspaces for key areas like online accounting, Microsoft 365, LinkedIn, social media content creation, and more.

Great for managing tabs, much more flexible than others

What do you like best about Workona?

Workspaces that I can open when needed, but close them to conserve resources when I don't.

What do you dislike about Workona?

Templates so I can open a clean set of required tabs for a new task.

Being able to return to set of tabs from a previous task.

Great Way to Organize Tabs for Multiple Profiles

What do you like best about Workona?

I have a full-time job while continuing my post-graduate degree and Workona has helped me organize my tabs efficiently and effectively. The interface is simple and easy to use. You can switch profiles depending on the type of work or kind of webpages you would need to access later.

What do you dislike about Workona?

None so far. My browser loading time has not changed, even if I have Workona in the background.

What problems is Workona solving and how is that benefiting you?

Workona has helped me reduce time spent retrieving the tabs that I have to get back to or where I left off.

Particularly with Brave Browser, the tab groups are saved as well. So re-opening the Workona Space, leaves everything as you one had left it.

Zoom calls Great way to manage multiple work streams

What do you like best about Workona?

After battling with tab overload it was a relief to find a product that is easy to use and works with existing workflows. I like that it is browser based and not an app that forces you to work within their product rather than maintaining a natural workflow.

With regular screen shares on Zoom meets an added benefit is the ability to quickly change to a separate space and keep other tabs open but have a new confidential space.

What problems is Workona solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nothing so far. Would be good to be able to edit what shows in the 'new dos' tab to remove items I won't use.
