We're able to broadcast messages to entire departments, which has helped us with large-scale communication. Teams love seeing birthdays and knowing more about new employees starting soon.

Our only major issue so far is slowness across all HRCloud products, including Workmates. It's not the fastest loading platform and sometimes hangs, requiring a refresh.

Mass communication at the macro level with the entire organization. Micro level within specific departments or projects. Has really closed the gap in document .resource organization

We have implemented Workmates one year ago. We use it as our internal "Facebook" page. It's an easy way to communicate with our employees, especially those who do not have a company e-mail address. We have a large manufacturing population and the fact that they can read anoouncements/posts on their mobile devices is super helpful. We do various contests, give each other Kudos, see our employees' anniversaries and birthdays. Our employees love this product. We also use Workmates to communicate emergency announcements where employees will receive a text directly to their mobile devices.

The mobile app could be a little more customizable.

The Workmates account team we work with is great. Our questions/problems are answered quickly and they lilsten to suggestions. Great people to work with.

I love that the employees are able to respond in real-time to communications and that they feel free to have fun and also give Kudos to each other.

the platforms speed. The overall system is a little slower than we'd like. But we still enjoy using it.

Being able to make company wide announcements. Not all employees have company emails, not all check their emails, but they are able to receive notifications through the app and it has been awesome.

The website and app are very user friendly and act similar to social media feeds that many of us are familiar with. I've been so impressed with the level of customer service and how quickly they respond and adapt to customer feedback. We have only been using HR Cloud for 5 months, and in that short time there have been at least 6 recommendations/requests that I've provided and within weeks, updates were made to their platform. I have never experienced anything similar where developers are so quick to make changes and improvements.

Anything that I disliked has already been updated to meet my needs and make my work more efficient. I have no complaints.

Employees love being able to give each other Kudos and it's been helpful in improving employee moral as we've all been working remotely.

Even before we were working remotely some teams and managers seldom saw each other. HR Cloud is a great way to connect and share information.

We use Workmates for our Rewards & Recognition Program. We have been using Workmates for almost two years and the Workmates team has been great partners in this process. As we have developed the program over the past two years, they have worked alongside us to add enhancements and adapt the platform to optimize our program. They have developed features that have been requested by our users and made the platform easier to use and have made an impact for our employees.

We have found the platform fairly easy to use and many of our suggestions have been implemented already. Some additional customization options or an enhanced approval workflow would be great to add.

Workmates helps improve the “Thank You” culture at our organization. Workmates has allowed our entire organization to know what great things our employees are doing.

We use Workmates as our internal social media page to communicate with our employees. We have a large employee population that does not have work emails. This app allows us to share news, events, polls, and communicate to all employees across all locations. Having the ability to send urgent messages via the app is extremely helpful. We like having the ability to use Kudos and recognize employees electronically.

The speed is a bit slow at times but overall not bad.

Workmates allows us to connect with our workforce in an accessible way. We primarily use Workmates for important company announcements and encourage employee to download the app for easy access! It's great how they can get notifications for these updates and can react and comment on each post. It has been a great tool for us!

Not many drawbacks, however, as most of our team use Workmates via app, it would be great to see some more customisation on the app, potentially with the dashboard.

Engagement has always been important to us, and Workmates has allowed us to connect with all team members on an easily accessible platform. We are also able to give recognaition and Kudos to team and annouce achivements and updates company wide.

The variety of posts available: Kudos, polls, simple posts, events, Pages etc and the ability to interact with your peers/team in a non-traditional way. Pages are a great way to share content with specific teams within Channels selectively.

When creating posts, it does have a tendency to lag which can interrupt the user experience.

It acts as an HRIS, intranet and social engagement platform, which is ideal for our business. It resolves to have multiple costly software as it's all combined into one.

We now have a great way to share company news and to know what is happening in overseas offices. One place where all employees can participate and share any stories or news.

We have so much fun using it and love Kudos as the way we can show our appreciation to peers or peers to peers.

The speed is abit slow sometimes but overall not too bad.

We have 5 overseas offices, workmates bring us together. I really like the announcement and the feed that work great for us, a simple way to have internal communication and can do even more such as Kudos.

The system solved our HR issues, one stop for all and my job become much easier. I love to use workflow to create different processes to get approval and signature.

I am also impressed by the support team that they always provide excellent support to resolve my issues or questions.

It is very user friendly, we're able to access documents in a timely fashion and for multiple employees.

We wish workmates had an org chart for the entire company.

Storing documents in one centralized place for specific teams, successfully onboarding new hires to the company, and updating the company on important events.
