This is a great way to acknowledge the hard work and accomplishments by colleagues and make them feel empowered and valued. They have excellent selections to redeem your points as well.
While they have a wide range of products to choose from, it would be nice if they can expand the choices to include other companies as well. I would also like if the value of points was higher than what it is today. I have noticed that the prices for many products don't match up with competitors like Amazon.
Recognizing employees for their accomplishments and improving their morale. It helps tremendously with retention as well.
The platform is fast and easy to navigagte. Its a fantastic way to give a simple shout out to colleaques or to get a real world award for a job well done.

The interface of the tool is pretty much user friendly and implemented with ease. The step by step process to recognize or reward a colleague is very simple and straight forward.
It is a single platform to view all the events like work anniversaries, life events. Being a people manager it gives you additional features to recognize a team.
Customer support is also appreciated. The team is very responsive to all the queries in a stipulated time. I use this tool few times in a quarter after a successful project release or recognize a talent.

Prior to Workhuman, there was no such tool to recognize a talent who has done a great work or successfullt delivered a project. Either it used to be via email or verbal communication and there was no award for such achievements.
By using Workhuman, we can thank a colleague or a team and appreciate their efforts. In addition we can also share rewards to them which make them motivated and focused towards their work. It also created a positive impression towards the Organization.

Being able to recognize your piers at what they do, when they go above & beyond, show your appreciation for them helping you maybe through a difficult task etc. When sometimes a manager isn't there to notice a good deed you can reward your piers, team support love it!
Points always running out, or having your manager's boss being the final review, when it should come from the person who give's the reward.
It's solving problems that sometimes didn't get recognized by your own manager, that you can reward someone now for helping out, going above & beyond etc
This is a direct pat on the back from peers and it can include a financial incentive to both give and recieve.
I do not have any dislikes currently, I was disappointed when I was limited in the awards or nominations I was able to hand out at the tail end of 2023.
This does help with co-worker morale and I try to send awards out as often as I can.

One thing that i dont like is the imbalance between points earned and actual USD. For instance, a lot of the time if you are off a few hundred points to get something the amount it costs to supplement the points is roughly the same price as the actual item if bought without going through the recognition program. This being the case it kind of puts the thought of "why even use the points" in your head.
It's not solving anything for me, to be completely honest it wouldn't be detrimental to me whatsoever if it never existed, but I am glad that it does. It benefits me by being able to use points I gain from what my colleagues see to get free stuff. Pretty cool.
