Few limitations like WorkFusion REST API cannot be enhanced by customer. Example is Asset Bundle Import API deploys the components to Control Tower with a standard API user that is created with SSO. But it doesn't have a feature or parameter to display developer name on the Control Tower for the deployed component.

RPA Express is very good for automating Business Processes and small use cases for individual users. There is hardly and lead time required for training and understanding the tool. Its a go to tool for RPA. RPA Express's administration console works like charm and the various informative dashboards are of great help. RPA Express's support for Cloud is a big boon for the industry as most of the organizations are moving to cloud for saving effort and cost.

OCR does not function as expected all the time. This is the only functionality which need to be improvised across all the RPA Tools including RPA Express by workfusion.

I am trying to automate business processes like finance, human resource, hiring and accounts. I have seen that by automating repetitive and mundane tasks of accounts and finance departments which were handled manually through excel sheets has saved lot of human efforts, cost and energy of employees. We are also trying to see if we can integrate machine learning and cognitive learning techniques with RPA express for better result.

My team has found that the User Interface and Actions Library are much more user friendly than some of the other RPA solutions we evaluated. The Actions Library is very powerful, and allows us to create RPA solutions to all of the problems we have faced to date. The ability for the RPA Express platform to evolve and scale up to AI, ML, NLP as your business needs to do so is very good. This ability allows for easier buy-in from Senior Management and shows a clear path for ROI and the overall RPA/AI journey.

Sometimes I want to try/do things that the application blocks or doesn't allow. But, it has been shown that it does so because I am bending or breaking best-practices. Hard to complain, but every once in a while I get frustrated. :-)

I recommend going through the Power User training course on Automation Academy. It's really a no-brainer as 1) it's free, 2) it provides a GREAT primer to Automation in general, 3) it gives your team a great jump-start into writing good automation scripts. I also recommend going through some basic software development training to understand best-practices and how to write automations that handle errors gracefully.
