Workforce makes it easy to schedule, see time off, and clock in and out of work all on one dashboard!

It may be that my computer is dated, but the only con I have is the time it takes to load into the site. (It also has to verify my Login from OneDrive before accessing the hub)

Workforce is an all-in-one software used to track hours, time off, and a hub to clock in and out of work even using different coding, depending on what I am working on.

Easy to manuevar and add employees. Has tax forms in app.

Some more tweaks are needed as per user perspective to add more features, I hope soon it will be.

Timeworks plus has many amazing features and capabilities, I'd have to say my favorite is the clients ability to truly customize the settings to fit their business needs and helps support their individual policies and practices.

The ability for customization of the PTO scripting module is wonderful, however if there is an error and the scripting needs a correction it's easy to lose accrual data when recalculating balances

Simplified streamlined payroll managemen. Integration with virtually every payroll processing software I've worked with or heard of basically make this the Mose efficient system I've used thus far.

The ease of use, the ability to run reports several different ways.

The interface is a little dated, could use an update.

We moved from an old version of Replicon.

It’s a one stop shop for all employees. Easy for tracking clock-ins/outs as well as review vacation requests and accruals

I would like to see the “conditionally approved” feature be improved. Currently it doesn’t really alert the employee that an additional step is needed to complete the approval so it sits as “pending”.

Quick and easy to teach other staff how to use.

We can now have real-time overtime tracking of employees across multiple locations.

Ease of use. We are spread out across 15 states so this makes keeping time organized.

Doesn't perform payroll accounting. We have lots of allocations and have to manually process those.

I do not dislike anything about this program

Don't hesitate to try this program. It's easy to use and will help you out a lot in the long run.

Tracking time for hourly employees is much easier when using this program.

The application itself is easy to use for individulas and it was an easy process to understand.

Customer services is not a 10. Customer service is more like a 5.

Availibilty of pay stubs and access to information.

I like that it shows the precise GPS location when an employer clocks in or out letting me know if they are onsite or not.

Unable to correct missed punches on own. Need supervisor to do so.

Employees are able to clock in and out for offsite jobs.
