Workforce is very easy to use and is self explanatory. It breaks down your work time for the week before submitting your time sheet. It is also easy to spot a time exception, and easy to fix (for management)
You have to go to through multiple screens to enter a new time off request-- I wish it was streamlined a little better.

It's easy to see upcoming time off requests from employees (management only function), which makes it easier to assess the needs of the business for scheduling. By being able to see everyone's time off requests, we are able to spot the "holes" in the schedule that need to be filled ahead of time.
