Some features, like Communication, are thin and need enhancements to work better. With the detail they put in other areas, it was surprising this was lagging. It would be great for administrators on the account to remove specific threads and not the entire chat.
Previously we had no standard way of making schedules or requesting time off. Now managers can use templates to schedule teams easily. Team members can easily access their schedules and request time off.
The customizable Dashboard and bookmarking features for information saves me from having to dig for what I need
