What do you like best about Workforce.com?

Workforce was easy to implement and highly customizable to fit our team's needs. We got the program set up, all our locations trained, and fully operational within eight weeks. We love the Workforce team's commitment to ensuring our success and continuing to grow with the software.

What do you dislike about Workforce.com?

Some features, like Communication, are thin and need enhancements to work better. With the detail they put in other areas, it was surprising this was lagging. It would be great for administrators on the account to remove specific threads and not the entire chat.

What problems is Workforce.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously we had no standard way of making schedules or requesting time off. Now managers can use templates to schedule teams easily. Team members can easily access their schedules and request time off.

What do you like best about Workforce.com?

The customizable Dashboard and bookmarking features for information saves me from having to dig for what I need

What do you dislike about Workforce.com?

Mobile App could be iPad friendly and faster. I would like to see the ability to search for staff to review timesheets, schedules, etc on the mobile app.

Workforce gives me a platform to manage payroll, ensure punctuality, calculate hours and pay rates effortlessly.

The support I have received has been superb - the people are friendly and knowledgeable and work with each other to resolve any queries/problems that may arise.

What do you dislike about Workforce.com?

Nothing up to now - I hope there won't be anything!

Recommendations to others considering Workforce.com:

Do not be afraid to make the move - questions that may seem like they're going to be very difficult to answer certainly are not and everyone seems genuinely happy to help.

What problems is Workforce.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

No problems so far - the set up has been done at a very basic level so information needs to be added but I now have the info I need to be able to do this.

You can check payroll spending immediately, build rota templates making shift management very easy and the ability to track employees check in and out time

Nothing missing on workforce

The only downside is that sometimes the app crushes

Thanks to workforce I manage to reduce payroll cost, manage lateness very easily and make the new staff induction super smooth

Lack of supporting tools. For instance, if I need to copy-paste the schedule for an agent, I can't seem to find a solution, it seems it can only be done for the whole team

What problems is Workforce.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to create reports for months in advance and giving the flexibility to my team to plan ahead accordingly. I can then same time focusing on other tasks.
