PROS: This cloud-based project manager is really terrific for the business! Seamless to use, highly intuitive, amazing adaptability, and carries complete useful features. It lets me check a project’s overview instantly through its interface, and it efficiently tracks timesheets for invoicing. And it comes in reasonable price deals that suit my demands too.
CONS: The personalized reports are hard to browse. Also, it doesn’t come with a built-in inventory tool.
PROS: Time and cost tracking is very efficient with WorkflowMax. It is easy to document and bill everything accurately.
CONS: The UI seems quite outdated to my preference. Also, it doesn’t feature the Gantt project model.
PROS: WorkflowMax is a complete solution that boosts our project tracking efficiency, ease and accuracy. It is suitable for our company setup wherein multiple small departments work simultaneously for each project. Thanks to its convenient updates and alerts that all teams can easily see, and its communication platform that supports group discussions. It is easy for managers to supervise and assist each team through the tool as well. All of these have greatly increased our stellar performance, which is perfect for us to hustle through each task smoothly.
CONS: We encounter implementation errors every now and then, which significantly impede our workflow because we need to go through lengthy processes to solve it and proceed to our job. Its UI is also somehow difficult to use for newbies; although, it works well for advanced users. And we often receive notifications for paid add-on offers, even if we’re already on the premium deal.
WorkflowMax has been preset and designed with different management tools which puts in more accuracy in our work and allow us to manage our projects in more convenient ways. In our organization, we mostly have to deal with projects which are based on small teams dealing with different tasks at a time. So we always use this tool in order to perceive the notifications and the instant updates. The tasks can also be continuously coordinated and projected by the management teams to assists the team in their work. We can share messages and forms groups which allows us to enhance our performances in a better way and deal with the tasks in efficient manner.
On the negative aspect, we do have to face few issues which abrupt our performances and hurdles the way we perform our work. The continuous integration errors have raised a lot of issues for us and we have to follow long procedures in order to cope up the tasks eventually. The premium paid plans also additionally asks for paid features which in itself is a working barrier. The dashboard or the user interface although fits perfectly for an advance working, but their capability to assist any new beginners is almost null.
WorkflowMax in itself is an amazing working tool assisting the professionals from managing their work to collaborating in the most advanced ways. We can also easily overview the whole projects performances and make improve the performances by proper analyzing or reporting features. It comprehends the whole project performance in the most conceivable way and makes us more alert and concentrated towards our projects. We can customize the dashboards or can adjust the tools according to our needs.
Since the software is cloud based,it automatically track time online and create invoices from my time sheets.
The software is easy to use with flexible and extensive features that enables us to manage most of our business processes.

The software covers our complete workflow from Quoting and Scoping a Job, Managing the Job and Invoicing. The Stopwatch feature for time keeping adds a level of detail which makes it hard for cutomers to argue - everything is recorded in real time. WFM allows document storage and collaboration straight to the job, all emails, files and notes can be accessed by anyone working on the job - no searching for lost information.
There are a few integrations that are available for WFM (eg Xero) which work really well but It would be great if WFM had Zapier integration.
I liked the overall workflow of the software, including the quoting/pricing modules. They were pretty flawless and helped me make sense of a pricing system on the fly. Also, there is the intergration with Xero, which is the platform I use for accounting.

I really love that the application can be built around your business needs. When you think of project management, it’s very specific to you and your process. You want to understand your process first before you try to build-out any workflow tool. The amazing thing about workflowmax is that you can really use it for what you’re doing and trying to accomplish. It integrates with other applications and gives you robust reporting capabilities. I can track my costs on jobs whether salary or expenses like travel.
The setup is challenging in the beginning and more videos would be really helpful. The help articles could go in more depth. Especially when you’re trying to figure out process. Also, if you have a project with a lot of steps, you can’t note directly to “to-do” items under a task. However, you can apply notes to tasks. We’ve made changes since implementation and that’s normal with any big implementation of a tool. Also to send an email to a job, the job number has to be in the subject line—that can be confusing to clients. So, I usually forward afterwards. It’s also not really iPad friends, so it needs improvement there. Regular tasks work, but if there’s a pop-up for additional information, it doesn’t work.

It’s a strong application, but you need to be ready to invest your time or someone else in building out properly. There’s a lot of project management platforms out there that are much easier to get started. But, with Workflowmax it will grow with you. One other might be easier to setup, but you’ll be turning around likely at some point and returning to find one that fits your needs at that time. So, if you’ve go the time and you’ve identified it will work, I think you’ll love it.

Apllication is consistant and contains many feature that the management can use to track the billing hours to make sure the project is going where it is supposed to go.
It bit old school web application and it takes time to log one entry and enter the other one as it refreshes the page agian before letting you to log the next one.
Tracking the time I spent on each tasks I do every day as a development team lead. It has nice extensions to log your time automatically as well.
