I really appreciate the organizational information so I can see who works with and for whom.

The notifications/to-do functions don't function very well.

It puts employee information at your fingertips, allowing you to manage your compensation, track and analyze your performance with your manager, and find colleagues in your organization.

I like how easy it is to clock in and out, and make corrections when needed.

I dislike that sometimes it has some issues with freezing and crashing, and automatically logs me out pretty quickly.

It allows me to clock in and out, see my schedule, submit time off, view my payslips

I like that I am able to sss my a schedule, request time off and get my paystubs really quickly.

The reports needed for payroll are not easily attained or is hard to find.

I am able to request and get my time off approved fast and see my paystubs on time.

There is so much information that is easily accessible for the most part.

Some parts of the website are poorly organized to the point that I find myself going on scavenger hunts for certain info.

Workday has consolidated information that Upstart used to have spread across several systems.

Its interface is straightforward and easily understood; we can easily apply leaves, update year-end reviews, and ask for teammates' reviews. We can also see company benifits and compensations.

Pretty much everything is very much helpful, but sometimes the notification is a little delayed, which is not a big issue, other than this, everything is awesome

Workday works without any issues. Managing performance goals is easy. The referral portal is also ok ( not the best). Also, it I receive essential notifications regarding some workflow actions from employers. It was a very useful tool during my onboarding activities.

I think a few systems can be improved. The job referral system is not user-friendly. It's not intuitive to find open positions and submit referrals. Few other workflows like Performance tracking need some improvement in User experiences.

It's a tool for managing my profile and goals and getting reviews from the manager.

In our company workday was used to mark leaves, attendance and calendar view for complete year so that employee can plan it accordingly also we were able to see our payslips in it which is not possible in other tools. Also it helps us develop Skills which we will go to achieve monthly

As such there are no complaints with workday they solve the purpose for which it was developed however it would be great if they can change their interface as it looks very aged tool with minimalistic options.

We get our targets, opportunities for coming month, skills on which we have to work, scheduling, payroll all these things was given under one place which was not available in competitor tools. By setting our goals and priority in advance it save time by avoiding one on one sessions

I love that I can see everything that pertains to my team and me in one place! I like how often it sends notifications so I can be on top of completing actions.

Workday can be tricky to navigate since there are many tabs and places to find information. It's not that descriptive, so sometimes I click on many places to get to something.

It is a place for everything HR related. I can find all of my backend details regarding pay, benefits and performance. I've loved using Workday to go through the hiring process for myself and in the role of hiring another teammate.

How easy it is to navigate and how it gives you alerts in your email.

My paycheck are able to view immediately and i love being able to access a digital copy of my w2!
