Workday works without any issues. Managing performance goals is easy. The referral portal is also ok ( not the best). Also, it I receive essential notifications regarding some workflow actions from employers. It was a very useful tool during my onboarding activities.
I think a few systems can be improved. The job referral system is not user-friendly. It's not intuitive to find open positions and submit referrals. Few other workflows like Performance tracking need some improvement in User experiences.

In our company workday was used to mark leaves, attendance and calendar view for complete year so that employee can plan it accordingly also we were able to see our payslips in it which is not possible in other tools. Also it helps us develop Skills which we will go to achieve monthly
As such there are no complaints with workday they solve the purpose for which it was developed however it would be great if they can change their interface as it looks very aged tool with minimalistic options.
We get our targets, opportunities for coming month, skills on which we have to work, scheduling, payroll all these things was given under one place which was not available in competitor tools. By setting our goals and priority in advance it save time by avoiding one on one sessions

Workday can be tricky to navigate since there are many tabs and places to find information. It's not that descriptive, so sometimes I click on many places to get to something.
It is a place for everything HR related. I can find all of my backend details regarding pay, benefits and performance. I've loved using Workday to go through the hiring process for myself and in the role of hiring another teammate.
