It has been such a pleasure to be working with Workast! They are very professional and easy to talk to. They are also very willing to hear your feedback and address it as soon as they can. I can't wait to collaborate with them more in the future!
Workast's team is extremely professional, and they are one of the best partners I have ever worked with. I can't think of anything to dislike right now. Grateful for this partnership.
Greater operational efficiency across the team. And I believe that if we can get our hands on their stuff quickly, we can get things done much more swiftly.
I love the Slack integration and the ease of use of the platform.
Honestly, there isn't much I have to say negatively.
More efficient operational management across the board. Stuff gets done much easier.
I love the integration that I have when working in Workast and being able to create the proper channels/spaces in Slack to further discuss the tasks needing to be solved.
It's difficult to dislike anything because Workast does a really good job with different app integrations, as well as having enough views and customizations of tasks to be well prepared in what is due and the amount of tasks within a task that need to be completed.
We've had communication problems on critical work items that were due back when we were using a different platform, and because we had communications on a different platform, it was a struggle to keep opening all these different applications. With Workast, we can not only work and see clearly what needs to be done by a given time frame, it pairs perfectly with Slack, enabling us to be far more productive than ever before.
To-do helps to keep all the top priorities organized and trackable in a manageable way! Increasing productivity and ensuring that tasks aren’t missed is the best part!
To-do has you self-dive in at implementation, while I was able to figure it out, it took a few tries on some items. A guided intro would be helpful!
Go for it! This product is a productivity crusher and will help any business go from 0 to 100 in task management. Make sure your user base is willing to adopt a new method, as that was the biggest hold back from our team at roll out.
Being able to effectively work through our to-do list as a team and all be on the same page has helped our organization run more smoothly!
It helps remember and organize the tasks to be done
The snoozing option does not seem to be effective
Benefits of task completion
This app really helps you get everything together and manage what you have to do for that day, week, month.
If there was a way to expand the app, i mean it does exactly what it says.
I recently absorbed my counter parts position and this app has been a godsend. Keeping everything in order as far as what is expected of me on a day to day basis.
I love how organized it keeps me and how I can easily stay on top of things!
There is a lot to learn to completely understand the functionality
Definitely get this if you're busy and needing to manage a group of employees
Helps keep team on top of their daily tasks, and to manage extra daily tasks that are added thruout the day
The overall task-navigation system is convenient to work with. I enjoy the fact that I can make task & subtask operations. This helps me narrow the granularity of specific jobs that need additional detail.
Adding details to specific tasks seems to take too much time/clicking. I wish their was a more intuitive way of adding additional details to tasks (eg. People involved, due dates, descriptions, etc.) without clicking through the sometimes-slow-to-load environment.
If you have many concurrent tasks that require a high degree of coordination and management, feel free to give To-Do a shot. There are plenty of other task management systems, however from a check-list type of perspective, I feel that To-Do is very helpful. My one reservation will be that it becomes burdensome to add high complexity details to a high number of tasks. There isn't really a streamlined method of this, yet.
I haven't had any problems, aside from the usual learning curve. Once I became familiar with the work flow idea and UI/UX, there was little more work to be done. One of my favorite benefits of To-Do is its integration with Slack and Windows 10. When a task is completed on one platform, I am able to receive notification from my other platforms that a task has been changed/completed/deleted/modified. It helps staying on track with granular tasks.
What I like the most
1. Straight to the point
2. Add labels
3. Separate tasks by projects
4. You can view and measure your productivity
What I dislike
1. I can't access previous tasks. It would be nice to be able to see previos tasks.
I had a lot of problems with being productive and often forgot some tasks or things I had to do. With To-Do it makes me have my ideas and tasks more organized and it truly is a life saver.

Workast, already has implemented several features that are paid in Trello plus it can be integrated with slack and zapier making it super easy to automate task assignation for startups or companies that have teams were it's necessary to distribute task among the team.
It still has some bugs, one of them if you remove a team member and then you want to add it again to the same team then it doesn't let you or it seems that the member has been deleted from workast. Later I had the opportunity to talk with Workast people and they solved the issue from their side so it was annoying at the time but it also seems they have been working on this kind of issues when you report it.
-I will use workast if I want to automate task assignment across teams, if I also use slack because is still super connected and if I want more advanced features than trello but not necessary need something like attlasian tools.
-Workast is a tool that can save you time, consider how much time do you or your team spend by assigning manually tasks to other members
-Also I think Workast is just great for Startups and super easy to implement so it let you concentrate in your business tasks not side work.
There are teams or areas in our Company like customer service who have to reply playstore/appstore reviews and social media mentions specifically. For us is important to automatically assign this task to different team members and have an automatic tracking of the progress of each team member. And we did it with workast. Because you already can create an space with members, autoassign task to them, later Workast will show them how many task are left for every team member and it will be reporting you everyday if you want or every week directly to you email inbox so you easily follow up those team members who are struggling. For the autoasigment we use first a zapier integration from the playstore/appstore to slack and from slack to workast. For social media integration we use the same a zapier integration with twitter & our facebook page to slack and from slack to Workast and works just fine.
There is another feature we really like about Workast, it already has implemented a due date that auto renew every month or that creates the same task everymonth. This feature in Trello is an addon and it cost but in Workast with a really small team is free. This feature help us for task that has to repeat every month like manual payment collections for some customers so it really helps you a lot.
