I work in digital marketing and love that Woopra connects the whole customer journey. With Google Analytics and other analytics platforms, you lose sight of your users once they log into a website or app. There's a huge disconnect between work in marketing and product. Revenue attribution is extremely difficult. But now with Woopra I can see what the customer does from their first ad click or organic visit to conversion inside of our SaaS product. Not only that, but it syncs with most of our MarTech stack and tracks individual users.
It was a little bit of work getting used to Woopra, but that's true of any program with complex functionality. Once you get things set up, Woopra is really easy to use.
