I love Wondershare. I have been using their product Filmora for years and it is brilliant. But what I love most about the company is the way they handle any request or issue. They do it with speed and total accuracy. Best of all they realised that I should not have been charged for a new subscription and refunded my money totally on their own and without me realising that I was entitled to that refund. The most ethical behaviour by a company and especially in these days. Well done.

We are relatively new to video editing but are surprised that Filmora made it so easy to follow and catch on to.

When we ran into some issues due to our own file problem, the customer service was with us every step of the way. They are very responsive and easy to talk to. When it was something that was more technical and couldn't be solved by the cust care agent, an engineer was assigned to guide us and he took time to accommodate me in our time zone and assisted us step by step remotely. Our issue was solved within the day.

It's not easy handling customers' problems over the internet and I must say that the customer care team at Wondershare did an amazing job.

I use Wondershare Filmora Editor since december 2019.

The software just kept getting better and better and better as they have a very dynamic and creative team constantly working to improve the application.

I had them online, one morning, for distant support. I was surprised they paid so much attention and interest to a single long distance French customer, but they did.

I had a very good technician that solved my issue in 15 minutes with Team Viewer Remote control. Communication was fast, smart and spot on.

I also bought and still use Wondershare Uniconverter to download Web videos and subtitles, converting them. It works perfectly and I use it all the time.

Another great point with both softwares, Filmora and Uniconverter, they have this dark photo/movie studio interface which is not only aesthetics, but relaxing for the eyes. When spending hours and hours in front of a screen, this is a vital feature.

Last but not least, they have the most user friendly commercial and tech support I ever had to deal with. I really wish I had such an incredible team of passionate professionals for all the other softwares I use. Unfortunately, they are all far far behind the Wondershare team.
