Great cooking ideas, fun workout tips, etc.
Too many email notifications and inaccurate data conversion at times.
Having me explore ideas that I never thought would pique my interest.
to help lose weight in a fun and unique matter
the zoom meetings. I would like that they are outside of work so we can attend them
to balance life and work
I find the app and website easy to use, with common functions readily available. From the educational articles and videos to the challenges, Woliba has helped me achieve my health goals.
There's not much for me to find fault with.
This has been a great service to help educate and change behaviors. I recommend it in a corporate environment for health initiatives.
I was having a hard time finding opportunities to add exercise into my day. Woliba has helped me change my view on exercise so that I pair it with other activities so I'm not dedicating hours away from my family to fit in exercise. By engaging in the challenges, recipes, and articles, I lost nearly 10 pounds.
The whole program is amazing. Woliba offers workouts, articles, and webinars to help keep me on track and successful.
The only issue I have is my fitbit not staying connected.
I can find articles about pretty much everything from stress at work to how to eat cleaner. This site has everything I need for success.
I likethat Woliba is an excellent and funny app that help us to increase our mental care, our diet and that it records my steps and burned calories. I have never know an app that help you in this way and give you the tools to take care of you.
I dont dislike anything. Everything is cool in the app, i would like just that it has more options to register my therapy sessions and dentist apointments, because i did no go just once in the year, i go more.
I just would like that I can register my dentist and therapy apointment more often, cause i did no go just once a year, i go at least once a month and if i register that it could give me more points.
The videos are my favorite because I can watch as I exercise.I have learned so much from the videos and receipes and the challenges are great. I have actually lost weight and learned that healthy food doesnt always taste bad :)
I wish there were more articles and receipes. I go through them pretty fast. But, I also read more than once the ones I like.
Solving my motivation problem. I lack motivation so now that I have set a schedule to review articles and the challenges are at set times I have been able to particpate and lose weight. The employees that lead the discussion are very friendly and knowledgeable.
I enjoy that they provide tips and recipes along with advice on how to better your lifestyle.
I believe social media. But I can be because some of our coworkers live in a different locations so we can always connect with them.
They help with providing different ideas and ways to eat, cook, sleep, and live.
Linking it to my watch and phone make it super easy to track my steps. I like the variety of options--exercise, education, sharing photos with your community.
I can't often do some events because they are during the lunch hour, and my lunch hour varies often. Perhaps offering evening ones is an idea.
It offers a great refresher for a lot of things I think I know but I have forgotten, like stress reduction tactics and ways to keep an eye on my cholesterol level.
I think the best part of Training Amigo is the ability to compete with your coworkers while also holding yourself accountable to your personal goals. We work for a company that has employees everywhere. This has been a great way for us all to stay a little closer to one another.
Not much comes to mind. The system is easy to use from both the mobile and web application side. Sometimes it is slow on the refresh of my activity and calorie count for the day
Our business problem is that we want our staff to stay healthy so they can feel good when providing amazing service to our members. This app helps us be more aware of our habits and to see how others in the company are improving theirs.

I like the content that is available in the app; I have done many of the sessions, I like the recipes, and the articles- it is a nice variety! The topics and choices for getting points are also varied, which allows me to think more holistically.I like that I am able to connect to my watch, and I like the challenges.
It would be nice to have goal trackers for other things as well. For example, I use a different app for tracking my water intake, reading daily, getting in fruits and veggies with each meal and track my protein intake. It would be wonderful to add something like that there and I would utilize the app more (I use that other app multiple times a day to tracker all my personal goals). Also, at my previous job, we had an app like this, and additional personal growth items were included beyond just fitness and mental health, which included points for healthy eating, drinking water, participating in social events, gardening, education for personal growth; it would go further into that holistic approach to health.
It helps me be mindful of my health and maintain more activity.
