The team at Wiz365 has been an incredible digital event partner that has helped us curate and achieve grand success stories to our Corporate clients in planning, curating and organizing virtual annual & family day celebrations for audiences over 3000 pax. The additional features provided by them including customization has also been well received and appreciated by our clients as well, especially a couple of business and Marketing driven conferences for global audience.

The support from the team has been quick, reliable and readily available 24/7, personally they have customized features for few of my events in a very short span considering customer's objectives to be met. Having worked with other digital event partners, I have now been working exclusively with Wiz365 over the past 1 year due to their professionalism, eye for detail and focus on delivering great customer experiences in both formats i.e. business centric and HR driven entertainment & engagements. Real time support and analytics provided during a LIVE show has been a great source of data that we levearge upon to drive customer engagement successfully.

Their platform is the best alternative during these pandemic times including the data provided can be easily tracked and measured as post event analysis. I am confident that even post the pandemic, their services can be leveraged across business verticals.

We are able track how individuals are visiting every segment, stalls, customized features, documents, brochures etc accurately as the same is very difficult to track in a physical format.

The number of folks attending a live conference, break-out rooms etc can be easily tracked and measured via this platform which helps drive businesses

Since I am a member of BNI. I attended an online event which I later came to know was planned and executed by Wiz365. It was indeed a unique experience. Never have I ever experienced such virtual events. It was a mixture of creativity and technology.

The problem is, that offline events have become a bit monotonous and in the situations like COVID, these offline events are not possible at all. So, a mixture of fun, creativity and technology, an online virtual event is the best solution to the problem. That's my opinion

Nothing specific I've encountered. Limitation for fun engagement activities / games, limited to common and vintage games only. Would be great to see them partner with A gaming dev company and offer immersive gaming xp.

some times the picture quality was not good.

helpdesk option needs to improve as the person who is seating for the helpdesk needs to approve the request every time
