Started a project with Wishpond to help market a crazy idea. Was getting some traction, when my life was turned upside down. Even though I could no longer focus on the project, my account manager Mbali continued her best to get things done. Maybe in another world the crazy idea would have had some chance, but fate had another plan.

The experience has been phenomenal. I am very happy to have found this company. Initially, it was Marc Bowring who was very welcoming and professional. Then, I got introduced to Mario and Paulina who have both been extremely helpful since I am not very technically minded. Paulina is absolute diamond. At first, I was hesitant and skeptical about working with an online marketing agency. But it took so much weight off my shoulders. I decided to go ahead because I can't wear all the hats in my business and online marketing is not easy nowadays. My direct contact person is Juanita and she's doing a great job (together with her team) creating a beautiful marketing campaign for me. Juanita is kind and works hard. When I started my collaboration I had some doubts and concerns about starting right away because my website wasn’t ready yet. But they wanted to start building my campaign immediately so that once my website was ready, everything could be launched at the same time. It takes a little time to get to know each other but we are on a roll and they understand my brand and wishes. It's the "Don't worry, we'll take care of that" approach that I have been looking for and needed.

I have only had one meeting so far, but I am happy with the way that they communicated and assured me that I would be approving all content before they used it. They seemed very efficient, so I hope that things will continue to work well.
