The feedback that we receive from employees regarding their Wishlist Rewards is better than any other benefit that we provide. Our team members enjoy that there are tons of options for them to choose from.
There is nothing big that we dislike. Some employee's have commented that they wish there were more concerts available but we understand the the platform is always adding more options.
Wishlist provides a way for us to show our employee's the value they add to the organization and because each gift is an experience they have either by themselves or with groups of family or friends it lasts for a long time.
One of the best features of Wishlist is the ability for employees to customize their reward then report back on it. That allows for the rest of the team to experience excitement second hand and generates engagement.
Can't say there was much at all I disliked. Great product, incredible service, and quite easy to use from an administrative view.
Absolutely consider Wishlist Rewards for your engagement and retention practices! Everything about the system is thoughtfully designed to maximize your admin's time and increase employee satisfaction.
We were solving for an easy way to distribute wellness stipends as well as spot rewards for referrals. Wishlist allowed us to administer these with ease both immediately and on a recurring basis.
What's not to like? We've entirely streamlined and automated the service anniversary program while at the same time providing better/more meaningful rewards that are flexible and can be optimized for each employee who receives an award. This program is administered by HR but we also have the ability to give managers a budget of their own so they can distribute additional recognition and rewards.
Really, no issues or dislikes whatsoever.
Peer to peer recognition, analytics on feedback
We've solved the following problems.
1. Streamlined and automated the process for awarding gifts. No more ordering swag or managing inventory. No more manual/one-off payroll reporting needs.
2. We're offering better awards in a more meaningful way that can be optimized by the individual because they choose whatever available gift means the most for them.
3. We're able to better manage a spot bonus/recognition budget for each of our managers because we simply load a budget and they can't spend any more than that.
4. This works nationally which was arguably the hardest problem to solve for, but Wishlist made it easy.
It's fairly easy to do. It has a variety of options to choose from.
I wish there was an option to get a physical gift card to use as gifts.
It's giving our employees incentives to nominate each other for good things at work.
We like the ability to have our employees choose a reward that fits them and not just cash that disappears in their paycheck. We have employees across the country and can find a reward that fits each of them. The site is easy to use and employees love it.
We do not like the fee Wishlist charges that sometimes gets in front of our employees. If an employee wants to customize an award, the WishList rep should contact the company and talk about how to handle the fee to keep that "hidden" from employees.
Continuous recognition throughout the year. Employees more motivated and feeling recognized throughout the year and not just at performance review time.
I loved this reward. The out-of-the-box rewards were great, but the ability to customize the experience for a small fee was worth it. I could pair a trip to Hawaii and request a custom experience to scuba dive while I was there.
I think some of the out of box rewards were not exciting; more of the value was getting them to create an custom experience for me. I would like them to make more exciting out-of-the-box experiences.
They help give the company the opportunity to recognize with an experience and not just with money. This helped connect the experience to company recognition.
I loved having all the different experiences to choose from. It ensured that employee gifts weren't ending up being used on practical items necessarily would would be an extra "above and beyond" experience to enjoy
I did see a lot of coworkers (not myself) not redeem their rewards on a consistent basis
Consistent and effective employee recognition
There was quite a bit of options available but again you need to live in the area.
Being charged before someone redeemed left us with a lot of people who didn't redeem and yet we were out that money.
It really didn't solve what we needed it to.

Wishlist is so easy to use and our employees really enjoy the awards. Everything is done electronically and employees get a choice of an array of experiences, gifts, foods, subscriptions, etc. Plus they may build up their awards and merge them for even larger award opportunities.
Every once in awhile, employees will forget that they have awards waiting for them. Wishlist makes it easy to remind them.
The ability to combine awards was huge! Good job Wishlist!
