Wirkn is a good job-finding platform that allows you to find jobs worldwide. Thanks to Wirkn, you can apply for any job you want. You can find part-time and full-time employment. I like the features, the map that shows the place of the position on the main page and part-time employment options.

Even though the app is perfect, it has too few jobs in some parts of the world. The number of employment options can be increased for the whole world. If there is lack of employment for some potential employees, this can reduce the number of users of this app.

It allows people to find jobs, track their potential employees, etc. It is often hard to publish part-time jobs for recruiters and find part-time job offers for job seekers. However, Wirkn solves this problem also. It shows the job's location and your location on a map and lets you know the exact location of the job you'll apply for.

I love the ability to set exactly what I'm looking for in candidates and how easy wirkn is to use . I was able to respond on my time when it was convenient for me. It's so much better the other networking sites .

I didn't like the part where when you declined a applicant they'd be notified but otherwise it's great . I'd love to be able to get real-time face to face responses but otherwise it's perfect .

Don't think just do it it'll save you time and money .

The ease of being able to have people apply and be able to respond on my own time is priceless. I was able to get my work down and not worry about fielding phone calls etc.

The customer service and support is fantastic and responsive, both from our point of view as a client, and by extension to our retailers. Wirkn is a strategic business partner that works closely with us to ensure we're delivering what we promise, and continually evolving the service to stay on top of market needs.

It would be ideal if we could have more access to real-time data on key performance indicators without reliance on Wirkn to export and analyze data. I believe this functionality is being developed currently, so it will likely be addressed soon.

Wirkn is a value-add to our clients and differentiates us in the marketplace. We work closely with the Wirkn team to adapt and evolve the product/service on an ongoing basis, keeping it relevant and innovative.

there is a function that allows you to introduce yourself through a short video, which gives the employers a very general but important impression of you and allows them to see your personality not just based off of your application/resume

you are not sure when your employer has viewed your profile or has received your profile submission. it would be nice if there were notifications that let you know when they do

quick and convenient way to apply and hire. also can submit the same profile to multiple places (i.e. within malls, you can submit your profile to more than one store without having to submit individually to each store)

We have been working with Wirkn since 2019, and they have been an incredible partner to help us deliver a tangible hiring solution to our retailers. We have been particularly impressed with their deep level of care, commitment, and customer service. We also love how the platform itself continues to evolve to address users' needs so that it stays relevant.

We are looking forward to when we can have access to a dashboard that shows the results for all of the properties so we can track results on our end. In the meantime, Wirkn gives us status updates and data on-demand, in a timely manner.

We are providing a service for the retailers in our shopping centres, connecting them with potential job seekers. Retailers have greatly appreciated this service, especially during this time of labour shortage. Job seekers appreciate that there is one place they can search for multiple job opportunities.

Easy UI, Great functionality and high volume of applicants. I appreciate the phone and email updates.

Some Applicants are not qualified for the job posting. (Personal Trainer applicants without required certification).

Additional Staff applicants. I still have to run them through our internal talent acquisition so its just a nice extra resource.
