I love that it is easy to jump through my timeline and look at comments. Wipster makes it super easy to share content with clients and get feedback.
I don't like that I can't reorganize my folders in my dock, I'd love to be able to hide old content.
It is hard to keep track of what version of an edit your team is working on. Being able to stack reuploads so everyone on the team is always viewing the most recent edits is super helpful.
I like the easy login interface that Wipster implements for reviewers. It is easy to review the video without signing up for the software. And I also like how you can check a box indicating you edited that particular spot in the video.
It would be nice if Wipster could add a " Add a Thumbnail" button in the options bar at the overview screen. I didn't notice you could add or change the thumbnail until you reviewed the video.
Wipster solves the slow feedback time that typically happens at my company without this review tool. And it also allows me to upload a draft video without having to "unlist" a video in a very public space like YouTube.

What I like the most about Wipster is that I can pick the exact time or spot on a video where I want to comment. It is effortless to use and very straightforward to share and bring people feedback on your projects. I mostly use Wipster to review my student's projects and give them instant and precise feedback; it works even better than giving comments in person.
The only issue I found is when two comments are too close in time, and you want to open them. When this happens, you can only open one, and the other is practically impossible to view. This can be confusing when you want to comment to separate aspects in the same time code.
A good way to organize your projects is by crating folders, after having too many files it can be very confusing to browse through your workspace, if files are not well organized.
The main problem Wipster solves for me is communicating with several students in different locations. It is very easy for them and for me to give and receive feedback. You only upload your files, share them, and you are ready to receive comments on your work. In my opinion, my students get better feedback and come back to check comments anytime.
The user interface is so simple for us to share with clients for review. There is a low barrier for entry, and when they leave comments, it is so intuitive. We organize our projects by years, and the folder structure is a simple way to track the videos as the project evolves. Key to use is any team member can easily "share" a video and send the email or link. There is no difficulty in that.
The interface for Wipster is so simple and user-friendly, anyone on my team can use it within minutes of opening it. But, it is really integrated and sophisticated. I like that no one needs to use all functions, but they are there for the usage. My clients have no problem logging in and using Wipster without complaining about being slow, tedious, etc. It is so plugged and plays they do not complain. I hear complaints about other applications as being confusing. Just the interface, the colors, and folder structure of Wipster work well for us.
The commenting feature is our main tool. We get easy-to-read comments and notes from clients or internal team members. Even small clips from editors get posted to Wipster for review rather than email to in house producers. We all know it is on Wipster (easy to search Wipster) and we do not rely on digging through emails to find attached videos.

Easy to understand and use. There usually aren't many questions from clients who need to insert comments. Clients can download original files directly from the platform, which is very useful.
The Mobile version could be better, as some are reviewing them there. I would also add maybe more information on viewers and a clearer button for finishing the review, as somehow I have noticed that rarely anyone uses it.
Design comments. This allows us to have a centralized place with a history of comments, as well as consolidated comments that can be easy transferred between all parties.
We love that it is so intuitive for your clients, they never have issues using it and all comments are consolidated in one spot. Before it use to always be super long emails with timecodes that we needed to interpret!
The only thing I dislike is that we didn't have it sooner :-) Otherwise, the platform is great, it always works as expected. I also love the new payment system allowing us to pay more when we need it more, and less when we aren't doing animations.
We are able to collect feedback from several clients, from all over the world in one spot for all team members to see in real-time. It avoids unnecessary meetings, emails, and often extra rounds of edits.
Client's can be more precise by clicking on the exact moment and/or spot in. the video that they want to edit, helping us get a clear picture of what they need.
