The high frequency (once a week) it might be a bit overwhelming at the begining, but well used with the team helps fostering a fruitful dialogue that otherwise would not be possible.
I'm a big fan in general but maybe something that could be improved is to send regularly to the managers a report with their performance, trends, etc. Some managers do not have the habit yet to go and check their results, so a push could help keeping the intensity high.
It highlights when an issue in the organization happens, allowing the leaders to take inmediate and relevant action, which result can be also seen on the next few weeks statitstics.
We can get both an overall and detalied view about the temperature in the company every single week and for long term too

The temp! To have a constant metric to use as a foundation in the org both long-term (KPI:s) and short-term to discuss certain areas in regards to the result.
I have discovered the tool both in a role as a manager and employee in two different organizations. The key is to don´t let go of only the data points, it regularly needs to be reflected upon.
Interpretation of questions varies. Sometimes you get to think of something that is not covered in the weekly survey. Comment is key.
Sense and know how the Company and Teams perform, feel, and do. That we set goals accordingly to the Organization and value the employees' input on a regular basis, not only once or twice a year. Transparent although anonymous.
There are many good points to the Winnintemp system; for both staff and managers. For staff, it is quick and simple to use, and more importantly to many, it means they can have their voice heard while remaining anonymous. For managers, they are able to see up-to-date temperatures in a number of different areas and quickly see how they have improved or digressed over a certain period. For the organisation as a whole, they are able to see the bigger picture, while smaller departments can easily narrow down to their own areas.
I fully understand the need for anonymity, but do sometimes find it frustrating having conversations with a faceless/nameless person. That said, I do know from the perspective of staff how important this is to them, so even though it frustrates me I fully understand why it is necessary.
If you want a very easy-to-use system that will provide a regular overview of the mood/pulse of your organisation I would have no hesitation in recommending Winningtemp.
We have made some changes to our procedures/processes following comments made in respect to some of the questions. Not everyone is brave enough to stand up and speak out in front of others, so Winningtemp has given everyone the chance to have their say and be heard. One recent change that has been made after reading some responses is that we have initiated a Right to Disconnect policy.
We also see this as a way staff can potentially vent their frustrations. Rather than some keeping their feelings/frustrations to themselves, they are able to vent and have their say which often is what is needed to stop them from festering in their heads and potentially affect their mental health.
Before using Winningtemp we were having a yearly survey, where it took months to get back the results and when we started to make changes and take actions the feedback was old and not relevant anymore. Winningtemp is a useful tool that helps us to measure employee´s happiness, satisfaction and it´s a "communication bridge" between the leaders and employees.
Would be great if some of the features could be more customizable (sometimes it´s hard to match it with the company´s needs. (ex. Yearly employee´s review).
All of us get a chance to provide a feedback on weekly basis instead of waiting for the upcoming 121 meeting. This is a great way to express feelings both what we are doing good and what we need to improve.
To be able to answer my staff's questions and they remain hidden.
It is a great way to see different groups' statuses and what we need to improve for even better work culture.
I also like the esthetics of the Winning Temp site. It makes you happy.
You have to get everyone involved, or you won't get as good insights. Other than that, Winning Temp is great!
Try it out! You will not regret it! But you have to give it some time to set in.
You will have and heads up if a group is not happy with certain areas.

It´s such an easy way to get a complete insight into how we as an organization are doing. Our managers and employees are more engaged and use the tool to create dialougue and improve their day-to-day work environment. It provides many useful KPIs for our Health and safety process. The tool is intuitive and easy to use and administrate. The customer support is fast and professional.
The tool could have even more customized features, like how often the eNPS question goes out.
