Its very easy to use. All major connectors are available, and the company goes above and beyond to meet the customer needs. If any support is required, its a matter of minutes.

The user interface could use a design refresh.

Connecting to all relevant data sources and giving the possibilty to send the data to relevant BI tools - Like Power BI or LookerStudio.

Makes getting data into sheets in a usable format incredibly easy, and in a highly reliable way. The team are very responsive to any changes or issues you're having, and are very helpful in helping you get the most out of it. I can't count all the uses it has for our agency, but it's certainly one of the backbones of our reporting and data infrustructure.

Some attributes for certain platforms aren't named the same as in said platforms, which can make finding them a little tricky. That's really my only complaint!

Windsor is how our agency reports, both internally and externally, and powers many Looker Studio, Google Sheet and custom-format reports and dashboards.

Windsor is the real MVP, folks! We're talking about a seriously powerful product here. As a cutting-edge marketing agency, we are often blending data and pulling it into Looker from 8+ sources using Windsor. And let me tell you, Windsor works brilliantly! In the past, we were using SuperMetrics and experienced so many breakpoints. Our team was practically living in debug mode, spending hours upon hours fixing those pesky breakpoints. But then Windsor came along and saved the day! It's like a productivity superhero, giving our crew back their precious time to rock and roll. Trust me, our team is head over heels for Windsor, and you will be too!

As a non-technical person, the interface took some time to get used to.

Windsor makes maintaining data integrity on Looker and blended data on Looker super simple. We had been on SuperMetrics which was buggy and often broke, we have had very little breaks with Windsor.

We love this connector to get our data for PowerBI.. With google analytics changing for GA4 from the 1st July.. Windsor AI has helped us to connect our analytics without losing all our reports. the GA4 connector is very easy to use and it works perfectly... I give this 5 stars

Matthias from Windsor is incredibly attentive to my enquiries. Whether adding new metrics or dimensions or helping troubleshoot the feed, he's always willing to hop on a call to workshop together. This is the reason why I've decided to stick with Windsor for so long.

Windsor is not quite as established as some of the other feed apps, and with that comes the occasional tech issue. Most of the time it's a user error, however, any issues on Windors end are solved quickly. Plus, their customer service trumps all the other larger companies where you just get a ticket or a long wait time on the phone.

Windsor helps me automate and create reports that I can share with my clients. These insights help our internal team make media buying decisions and the clients to be more informed of what's going on with their advertising.
