I like how it's very customizable and that their team is so hands on with assisting us with our needs!
Not a lot of people are open to the idea of doing async interviews or maybe it's still something very new to them. Some fear that their information or their videos might be shared in the internet which we give them an assurance that that will never be the case!

For us, video interviewing through Willo helps give us a great first impression of individuals and is able to make our hiring practices more efficient.
Video interviewing is simply a bit intimidating for some folks. Some just don't want to do it. I'm also not sure if they lack of response from candidates I invite to interview is a result of the platform or a result of a lack of interest in the job (which they applied for.... so.... weird.)
It helps swifly eliminate the individuals we know won't be a good fit without needing to sit down for an hour in an in-person interview.
Very easy to use - both for us as a recruiter and our candidates. The support team has also been excellent!

We now send applicants a link to Willo, which removes the time-wasters, so we only review genuine candidates. It saves our HR Team so much time!

Willo Video saves us time when we need to screen hundreds or thousands of applicants everyday. Without having to screen call each applciants, now our talent acquisition team has time to finish other task which brings up the individual productivity and the team productivity in general.
It's easy and affordable to create a candidate funnel where they answer questions via video. This is very important for companies with remote or WFH setups. The software works.
The only thing I'd comment on here is that navigating between candidates is clunky. Needs some UI//UX improvements to simply speed this up. Easy improvements though.
This isn't possible as a small to medium-size business elsewhere. LinkedIn Recruiting is a terrible solution, expensive, and zero customer support. Willo makes this possible.
Willo has been so great for us, the interface is really user friendly and customer service thorough and speedy. We love the fact we can tweak the questions to exactly what we need and give the candidates the opportunity to tell us about themselves without the stress of a 'traditional' interview environment. The reduction in admin involved with recruitment is invaluable!
We've found that some neurodiverse candidates have expressed concern using the service and where we've always accomodated, having options for them on Willo would be great.
The administration involved in recruitment can be excessive. Emailing back and forth to secure dates isn't needed, there is no risk of no-shows for interviews and the candidate can take their time both completing the interview and ensuring they give us all the information they want to get across.
This saves a lot of time for any employer! Not only that, but I feel more candidates were acruallr doing the interview! With in person interviews or even a scheduled video interview, I found people not showing up because they would miss their time. This allows flexibility to the interviewee.

Some candidates do not like to submit video interviews and there is a potential to lose candidates but I have not had too much concern here.
