Work experience at WTW,Redhill
Had an opportunity to work for a short while with WTW,Redhill. Right from stepping into the premises, officials are pleasant and professional; a Great, respectful and Humble Team leader (M.H), a dedicated Trainer (S.G and J), welcoming team mates especially team mates L.R, M.H, L.W were corporative and very professional adhering to the ethos of the company. Also a humble Management team. Very good fellow trainees too.Thank you for the experience WTW,Redhill.Keep up the good job you all do in representing the company and in delivering good customer services for clients.

Great service eventually
After reading the terrible reviews , I was doubtful I'd have a decent outcome. Speaking to the staff didn't leave me hopeful either very dismissive and unhelpful. However, I did receive the figures for my pension and duly filled them out, being really careful to fill them in correctly. Six days after they opened a file for me, I received my tax free lump sum and details of when my pension would be paid. Excellent service in the end, so don't give up hope.

Not all bad!
I received my documentation in November 2023 ahead of pension becoming payable in March 2024. I returned it within a day or two and received an e mail that WTW would be in touch nearer the date. I have received nothing since at all. Zero.
However as a result of these worryingly poor reviews, I telephoned them a number of times, initially being fobbed off, but during the most recent call was promised all was in order and my payment would be received by bank transfer on the date I required. True to their word it was received on this date and so I have no complaints.
My overall experience is therefore positive.

Good job in the end
The people here are great.... but overworked / under resourced . I was becoming nervous about the progress of a time critical matter with nothing happening day after day. It was necessary to be quite a pain to get the case out of the inbox and in front of administrators . Once picked up the teams were great and I suspect jumped past some unnecessary internal processes to get the job done. Overall very happy with the support from staff , the company IMO needs to do more to resource and support their front line.

Long wait
While it was a long wait on the phone 30 minutes to an hour a couple times and at first my emails weren't responded to, they have finally responded.My pension is now being processed and will start in March with retroactive pay for the time it was delayed due to a backlog.I'm relieved about that!

No customer service
I have been trying to access my pension information via WTW's website for deferred members. It will not recognise my login or pass word but when I ask for a new password via link nothing happens. I try account recovery (I have all the necessary information) but it says it needs my email without allowing my to input this information. I call their office listening to end less recorded messages about covid and people workimg from home. I leave my information for a callback within 1 working day. Nothing. My pension is due in February and I'm not getting anywhere. I will be making a formal complaint but I'm not holding my breath.

Truly awful Company
I cannot get this Company to respond to any e mails they take weeks and weeks to respond after so many e mails.
I cannot wait to transfer my Pension from this Company And if you have been leaving your pension with them waiting until retirement I strongly recommend you transfer out now, even then it will take months for them to reply. I am currently waiting for them to advise the value of my plan at 5 th April 2016 which should be a simple issue, yet they say they will have to ask the Administrator if they can do this and then charge me ! ( I thought they are the administrator). I have been asked by HMRC to advise this information and my other pensions advised within 24 hours yet WTC have not responded three weeks later.
Surely they must know the value of the plan at end of tax year, my other providers I can go onto website and know the plan value at any time, with WTC you can go years without hearing from them and when you do it is worthless information. A truly awful Company

Truly awful experience trying to transfer out my D.C pension. This company is so slow you'll think your travelling backwards in time. They absolutely refuse to speak to a recieving scheme and only allow email queries. I finally got the de-investment stage which allegedly takes " up to 10 working days" were now 15 working days since then and good old WTW haven't completed my transfer. I asked for an update 3 days ago o be told Admin will have to email you.... Guess what ..nothing yet.
I cannot wait to be rid of this crappy administrator, their crappy pension tracking app with it's meaningless graphs with no real information. When the day comes , good riddance I will cry.
