We are able to listen to calls on the fly, attend to incorrect or poor phone manner, and correct it with the right training. Plus, being able to get deeper insights into our client advertising spend through call conversion attribution is a true benefit.
There is a small amount of assumed knowledge with the implementation of tracking numbers and call flow. However, this is offset by the prompt and knowledgeable support team Wildjar has on hand.

We use Wildjar for Call Tracking. It is a fantastic tool to understand and monitor what marketing initiatives are driving leads. Before Wildjar we were spending our budget based on guesswork as to what works. We can now with confidence focus more of our marketing investments on initiatives that we know to be most effective.
No downsides for us as we use it for its intended purpose which it executes as per what it says on the box. There are certainly many opportunities for Wildjar to expand its services.
We're particularly interested to see the evolution of their AI transcription product and suspect we will be using it in the near future.
