What do you like best about WildJar?

We use Wildjar for Call Tracking. It is a fantastic tool to understand and monitor what marketing initiatives are driving leads. Before Wildjar we were spending our budget based on guesswork as to what works. We can now with confidence focus more of our marketing investments on initiatives that we know to be most effective.

What do you dislike about WildJar?

No downsides for us as we use it for its intended purpose which it executes as per what it says on the box. There are certainly many opportunities for Wildjar to expand its services.

We're particularly interested to see the evolution of their AI transcription product and suspect we will be using it in the near future.

What problems is WildJar solving and how is that benefiting you?

Understanding what Marketing initiatives drive results so we can better focus our investments and resources.

What do you like best about WildJar?

Immediate call analysis and the ability to make sound business decisions on tangible real-world results. We are able to listen to calls on the fly, attend to incorrect or poor phone manner, and correct it with the right training. Plus, being able to get deeper insights into our client advertising spend through call conversion attribution is a true benefit.

What do you dislike about WildJar?

There is a small amount of assumed knowledge with the implementation of tracking numbers and call flow. However, this is offset by the prompt and knowledgeable support team Wildjar has on hand.

Recommendations to others considering WildJar:

Give it a go. The team at Wildjar are extremely knowledgable and experts in their field. They have built a platform with the consumer in mind and are success-driven.

What problems is WildJar solving and how is that benefiting you?

ROI on Google Ads spend. Being able to look at all conversion metrics. We have made smarter keyword optimizations based on call volume combined with our website conversions.

Further training and identification of where we may have been dropping the ball with our phone manner.

The self serve software with the ability to integrate into different systems. The system has been designed with UX in mind which makes it easy for all types of customers

Selecting multiple users. Works well but can be a bit hidden

I think it is the best product in this space. It is a complete solution which you won't regret making the switch to.
